The whole process was very smooth, super fast (both documents ready in only one working day), with great email communication. Communication was purely email based, which means, anyone can work with DeskNET even when not residing in Thessaloniki. The translation work was flawless. The certification stamp is also in english which is a great plus. I certainly recommend DeskNET!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Oh dear, rather dissapointing service, the work when produced was of good quality but the problem is actually getting it done. I found their constant requests for deadline extensions unreliable and stressful. They have a mode of communication through a portal which I found to be cumbersome and slow. When things got tough there was no one person responsuble but rather a matter of too may disinterested parties pushing responsibility elsewhere. Truth be told at the end someone stepped in and took control meeting my deadline with good quality work so have now increased to two stars from one.
Not my first choice anymore unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I regret to say but my experience with Desknet was far from good. Its already 10 days after paying the full amount for a translation which I have not yet received in hard copy and I am just directed to the courier company that Desknet engaged.
