★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε μείον αστέρι αυτό θα έβαζα. Αντιεπαγγελματίες κ απαράδεκτη συμπεριφορά. Είδαμε στο site τους μια παιδική στολή η οποία έδειχνε ότι είναι διαθέσιμη και πήραμε τηλέφωνο για να δούμε αν όντως υπάρχει για να πάμε να την πάρουμε. Η κυρία που μιλήσαμε μας διαβεβαίωσε ότι υπάρχει και να φέρουμε και το παιδί μαζί για να σιγουρέψουμε ποιο νουμερο θα είναι καλό. Όταν πήγαμε από το μαγαζί τα 2 άτομα που μας απευθύνθηκαν ισχυριζόταν με θέρμη ότι φυσικά και δεν υπάρχει η συγκεκριμένη στολή, ότι είναι καλοκαιρινή ενώ στο site ήταν στις στολές της 25ης Μαρτίου και τηλεφωνικά μας διαβεβαίωναν ότι υπήρχε φυσικα.. Έλεγαν ότι δεν ήταν αυτοί που μίλησαν στο τηλέφωνο και δεν ειπώθηκε ούτε μια συγγνώμη έστω για την απαράδεκτη εξυπηρέτηση που είχαμε, αλλά δείξανε ότι δεν τους ενοιαζε καν το περιστατικό. Πραγματικά τόσο αντιεπαγγελματιες δεν ξέρω αν έχω ξανασυναντησει, λυπηρό απλά.
 If there was a minus star I would put this. Unprofessional and unacceptable behavior. We saw on their site a children's costume which showed that it is available and we got on the phone to see if it really exists to go and get it. The lady we spoke to assured us that there is a place to bring the child along to make sure which number will be good. When we left the store, the 2 people who addressed us warmly claimed that of course there is no specific uniform, that it is summer while the site was in the uniforms of March 25 and they assured us by phone that there was of course .. They said that they were not the ones who They spoke on the phone and did not say a single apology for the unacceptable service we had, but they showed that they did not even care about the incident. Really so unprofessional I do not know if I have met again, just sad.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Sellers too much sticky and a bit disrespectful, also it's very expensive and they don't have a lot of different stuff, I mean if it's Halloween you will find a lot of Halloween stuff, Christmas the same, but almost nothing else unfortunately.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very low quality of service. They are focused ONLY on clients that are looking for a big amount of shopping (eg bar owners). They let me stranded twice when i was talking to them (!!!). They didn't even goodbye in order to serve the big customer. Very rude and unprofessional behaviour. Better to order from a liable site rather than visit this shop.
