★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very nice hotel with friendly staff. Clean room with terrasse. The food was good and the cook always made sure we had something vegetarian to eat ! Bus stops not far. I'd definitely recommend it.

Typically Greek the rooms are basic, but kept very clean. The food is limited but what's on offer is stunning. Some people have complained that there are no burgers etc. but why fly to Greece and have burgers? Eat the local food its bloody lush.
The staff are very friendly and helpful, they go out of their way to cater for everyone's needs.
Will definitely come back.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Very friendly and kind staff, food in my opinion was also great the pool area was definately worth it. The apartment was a little outdated but didn't really bother me as we were out most of the time. Would definately stay again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We had allocated rooms bit on the first the hotel was cheeky and put us in the basement room. These are notorious for being plagued by midges! After a complaint we got moved. Beware as all inclusive is only 11am to 22.30pm at the bar. The hotel itself is clean and the staff are very friendly. The room on the 3rs floor was great at this time of the year mind u need the air con. It's a good little hotel the food is acceptable but there are plenty of local.places around if you get hungry. Really cheap.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap all inclusive hotel, the food is edible but very mediocre. The rooms are very basic and the beds are very hard and there is only one plug socket which the fridge is using so take an extension.
Gouves is okay, plenty of bars and restaurants. Mylo's is a fantastic traditional restaurant, just across the road from Despo is the Rainbow bar which is really good and open till late. Also opposite is a car hire which is reasonably priced.
Hotel staff are really friendly and very helpful.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely location, amazing staff, they can't do enough for you. Superior room is definitely worth it, just for the views alone! Food is basic but enough but plenty of places to eat out of you want. Ignore the negative reviews! The road ia busy but is so easy to cross. Rainbow bar opposite is amazing too for cocktails!!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ticked all the boxes for my daughter and myself who wanted a chilled/recharge batteries holiday. People who didn't like the food and the fact the restaurant was quiet tended to go out and find what they wanted.We were in a family room which had a double bed,bunk beds,a mini fridge and plenty of room with beautiful views. Only ate out once after our souvenir shopping trip to Heraklion,which was at the grill near the bus stop and kiosk not far from the hotel,on our return. Staff were really friendly and attentive to our needs the place was spotless and gardens immaculate.
