J	Janell Edwards on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ My fiance and I went to Greece in September. We traveled to Athens, Mykonos, and Santorini. We ferried from Athens to the two islands. On the day we were supposed to ferry back to Athens, all ferries were cancelled due to high winds. The company is refusing to return our money on the ferry we didn't take or our transfers from the hotel to the dock and back to the hotel due to ferries not running. We we're trapped on Santorini and had to pay out of pocket to stay another night and out of pocket to fly out of Santorini the next day. We were supposed to fly back to the states from Athens. We never made it back to Athens and ended flying to Switzerland. We lost our hotel in Athens and they refuse to refund our money for that too. Don't use this company for any of your vacation needs. They will steal your money. I would not recomend them to anyone.
A	Aiman Ismail on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Booked a private transfer. They had no record of the prepaid transfer when we called. Agent said that yhe booked was cancelled despite the booking being paid for, and guaranteed. They weren't willing to explain and refered us to our travel booking agent.

We waited around for over an hour, called several times and recieved no answer and finally paid for a taxis. We are very experienced travelers. Now this wouldn't have been a big deal but instead they want to insist and argue with me that the driver was waiting and holding a sign at the airport with our name. The area is not large and it was very easy to read and see all the drivers holding names. We even walked to another area just in case and read those as well.. we then waited and waited and saw drivers come and go ... all with not our name. Finally we left. So if they woul d have just said "sorry" and issued the credit I wouldn't have to post this. So make sure you understand there is no "understanding" with them when you deal with them and no one will answer the phone to help you.
