★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν και με καθυστέρησε μια μέρα (υπήρχε λόγος βέβαια) έκαναν πολύ καλή δουλειά και ο τεχνικός ήταν ευγενεστατος και πρόθυμος να με βοηθήσει σε όλες τις απορίες μου (ήταν και πολλές) το λαπ τοπ μου μετά την αναβάθμιση είναι σαν καινούριο!!!
 Although I was a day late (there was a reason of course) they did a very good job and the technician was very kind and willing to help me with all my questions (there were many) my laptop after the upgrade is like new !!!

Γενικά παρόλο που είναι εξυπηρετικοί και γρήγοροι, πήγα το κινητό μου που το έχω εφτά μήνες για καμμένο μικρόφωνο( εντέλει η βλάβη είναι στη μητρική), και ενώ ανέφερα πόσο καιρό το έχω ΔΕΝ ΜΟΥ ΕΓΙΝΕ ΠΟΤΕ Η ΕΡΩΤΗΣΗ ΑΝ Η ΣΥΣΚΕΥΗ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΣΕ ΕΓΓΥΗΣΗ , και ότι αν το ανοίξουν θα καταργηθεί η εγγύηση . Η συσκευή ανοίχτηκε και δύο μέρες αργότερα εμφάνισε μεγαλύτερη βλάβη επομένως δεν μπορώ να διεκδικήσω εγγύηση , ΤΟ ΚΙΝΗΤΟ ΕΙΝΑΙ ΓΙΑ ΠΕΤΑΜΑ και πρέπει να αγοράσω νέα συσκευή με χρήματα που δεν έχω αυτή τη στιγμη . Όταν το ανέφερα στο κατάστημα μου είπαν ότι έπρεπε να τους είχα πει εγώ ότι έχει εγγύηση (ενώ παντού σε ρωτάνε πριν το ανοίξουν) και ότι δεν ξέρουν αυτοί από πού το πήρα και αν θα είχα εγγύηση (ΔΕΝ ΠΕΙΣΤΗΚΑ) . Μεγάλο σφάλμα , λυπάμαι
Quite unhappy. In general, although they are helpful and fast, I went to my cell phone, which I have had for seven months for a burnt microphone (finally the fault is in the motherboard), and while I mentioned how long I have it, I NEVER ASKED IF THE DEVICE IS WARRANTED, that if they open it the guarantee will be revoked. The device was opened and two days later it showed more damage so I can not claim a guarantee, THE MOBILE PHONE IS FOR FLY and I have to buy a new device with money that I do not have at the moment. When I mentioned it in the store they told me that I should have told them that it has a guarantee (while everywhere they ask you before opening it) and that they do not know where I got it from and if I would have a guarantee (I WAS NOT CONVINCED). Big mistake, I'm sorry
