Εξ άλλου η ανοχή στις πληρωμές και η εν γένει πολιτική της εταιρείας μας έχει κερδίσει ήδη, προσωπικά εδώ και δεκαετίες τώρα, δεν έχω σκεφτεί καν να αλλάξω εταιρία. A Vodafone store with good aesthetics and quite fast and polite customer service. On the other hand, the tolerance of payments and the general policy of our company has already won, personally for decades now, I have not even thought of changing company.
D	Deep Head on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πελάτες της Vodafone εγω και η οικογένεια μου για χρόνια.. Ζητήσησαμε να μας κόψουν την sim (Vodafone) σε nano sim, λόγω αλλαγής συσκευής. Ο υπάλληλος αποκρίθηκε ότι δεν γίνεται, απλα αγοράζεις νεα με χρέωση 7 ευρώ! Γνωρίζω την διαδικασία, ειναι μισό λεπτό με κόφτη που έχουν. Πήγαμε σε αλλο κατάστημα , χωρίς χρέωση και με χαμόγελο κόψανε την κάρτα.Ξαναλέω, χωρίς χρέωση. My family and I have been Vodafone customers for years .. We asked them to cut our sim (Vodafone) to nano sim, due to a change of device. The employee replied that it is not possible, you just buy new ones with a charge of 7 euros! I know the process, it is half a minute with a cutter they have. We went to another store, free of charge and with a smile they cut the card. I repeat, free of charge.

Α	Ανδριάνα Τριανταφυλλοπούλου on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αν υπήρχε βαθμολογία κάτω του μηδενός θα την έβαζα. Οι υπάλληλοι είναι απαράδεκτοι! Δεν έχουν ιδέα από τις απαραίτητες ενέργειες για μια νέα σύνδεση και σε καθησυχάζουν για τη καθυστέρηση, λέγοντας ότι τάχα υπάρχουν κολλήματα στα συστήματα. Απευθύνθηκα στα κεντρικά της Vodafone και σε 10 μέρες κατευθείαν μπήκε νέα σύνδεση ίντερνετ και σταθερού. Είναι κρίμα η εταιρία να χάνει πελάτες απο ανειδίκευτο προσωπικό. If there was a score below zero I would put it. Employees are unacceptable! They have no idea of the necessary steps for a new connection and reassure you about the delay, saying that immediately there are glitches in the systems. I went to Vodafone headquarters and in 10 days a new internet and landline connection came in directly. It is a pity that the company loses customers by unskilled staff.
