Οι υπαλληλοι ΔΕΝ ερχονται στο χωριο η δικαιολογια ειναι, γιατι δεν αναγραφεται το τηλεφωνο στο δεμα. ΔΕΝ πηγαινουν σε κανενα χωριο γιατι δεν αναγραφει ακριβως την οδο και αριθμο.(ποιο χωριο εχει ?) Κατα τυχη βρηκα τον ταχυδρομο και εψαξα να τους βρω εγω μετα απο 15 μερες με κινδυνο το δεμα να επεστρεφε παλι Γερμανια γιατι απλα κανουν "τοσο οσο"..... ΟΧΙ παραπανω προς Θεου. Μην τα ταλαιπωρησουμε τα παλικαρια. Τα Χριστουγεννα αρκετα δεματα ξαναγυρισαν πισω χαρις τα καλα παιδια! If someone sends you a package from Germany and you stay in a village, you have been pressed. Employees DO NOT come to the village, the justification is because the telephone is not listed on the package. (What village does it have?) By chance I found the post and I tried to find them after 15 days in danger of the batch to return old Germany because they just do "as much as" ..... NO to God. Do not worry about the bastards. At Christmas, several bunches have come back for good kids!
D	Dimitris Paschalidis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Τραγικός και αγενέστατος! Είχα παραλάβει ένα δέμα από Αθήνα (με χρέωση παραλήπτη) και αρχικά μου είπαν ότι δε χρωστάω τίποτα. Ύστερα από μια εβδομάδα με πήραν και μου είπαν να περάσω από το κατάστημα για το λογαριασμό. Όταν αρνήθηκα να πληρώσω 60€ (για ένα λάπτοπ max 4 κιλά μαζί με το κουτί του) ο "κύριος" με απείλησε με μήνυση από την DHL. Μετά με πήρε τηλέφωνο και μου ζητούσε να του επιστρέψω το λάπτοπ για να το στείλει πίσω. Σοβαρότης και επαγγελματισμός ΜΗΔΕΝ...! Δέκα μέρες αργότερα, με πήραν από τα κεντρικά και μου είπαν πως τελικά η χρέωση είναι στα 20€. Όταν πήγα να πληρώσω, ο ανεκδιήγητος "επαγγελματίας" ισχυριζόταν πως δεν έχει POS (ψέματα) και μου έλεγε να πάω σε ATM να κάνω ανάληψη για να τον πληρώσω σε μετρητά. Αν είναι δυνατόν! Μακράν ότι χειρότερο έχω συναντήσει σε courier! Ας το κλείσουν καλύτερα να δουλέψουν αυτοί που αξίζουν. Υ.Γ. Φυσικά περιμένω τη διπλωματική, γλυκανάλατη και ανούσια απάντησή τους που δε θα αλλάξει απολύτως τίποτα. Το θέμα είναι στο "είναι" και όχι το "φαίνεσθαι". Tragic and rude! I had received a parcel from Athens (at the recipient's expense) and initially I was told that I did not owe anything. After a week they picked me up and told me to go through the store for the bill. When I refused to pay 60 € (for a laptop max 4 kg along with its box) the "gentleman" threatened me with a lawsuit from DHL. Then he called me and asked me to return the laptop to him to send it back. Seriousness and professionalism ZERO ...! Ten days later, they took me from the headquarters and told me that in the end the charge is € 20. When I went to pay, the unprosecuted "professional" claimed that he had no POS (lies) and told me to go to an ATM to withdraw to pay him in cash. If possible! By far the worst I have encountered in a courier! Let those who deserve work close it better. Υ.Γ. Of course, I am waiting for their diplomatic, sweet and salty answer that absolutely nothing will change. The issue is in "is" and not "appear".
X	Xristos Genos on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έχω δίπλα την TNT FedEx express και μεταφορικές εταιρίες επειδή βρισκόμαστε 27χρόνια στον χώρο και μας γνωρίζουνε απέναντι από τα δικαστήρια μόνιμα έχω πρόβλημα έρχονται και ψάχνουνε οι παραλήπτες και απασχολούν το προσωπικό μας για δέματα τα οποία δεν αφήσαμε ειδοποίηση γιατί εμείς πηγαίνουμε στους παραλήπτες να τα παραδώσουμε μέσα στην Δράμα και στα χωριά όχι μόνο αποστολές courier αλλά και βαριά δέματα και παλέτες μεταφορικής ακόμη και όταν τούς στέλνουμε δίπλα καμία φορά μας τους ξαναστελνουν πίσω παρακαλώ πολύ εκπαιδευστε καλύτερα τον αντιπρόσωπο σας γιατί υπάρχει πρόβλημα σοβαρό να απασχολούν το προσωπικό για αποστολές που δεν είναι με τις εταιρείες μας.Καιρο τώρα κάνουμε μεγάλη υπομονή τουλάχιστον να τούς ενοιμερωνουν καλύτερα πως θα τούς βρούνε.Σας μιλάω με πήρα 27 χρόνων και με κριτική στην Google4,8 και για υπηρεσίες courier και για υπηρεσίες μεταφορικής. I have next to TNT FedEx express and transport companies because we have been in the area for 27 years and they know us in front of the courts, I have a permanent problem, the recipients come and look for us and employ our staff for parcels which we did not leave notice because we go to the recipients to deliver them in Drama and in the villages not only courier shipments but also heavy parcels and transport pallets even when we send them next to us sometimes they send them back please better train your representative because there is a serious problem to employ staff for missions that are not with the Our companies. Now we have a lot of patience, at least to inform them better how to find them.

A	Antonis Kastor on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ επισκέθηκα το κατάστημα την Παρασεκυή 13/5 στις 17.30 και ήταν κλειστά. Στις 19.00 που καναπέρασα ήταν πάλι κλειστό. Υπήρχε χαρτάκι στην πόρτα να ενημερώνει ότι το καταστημα είναι ανοιχτα παρασκευή μέχρι τις 15.00 και το σάββατο κλειστά I visited the store on Friday 13/5 at 17.30 and they were closed. At 19.00 when I was on the couch it was closed again. There was a note on the door informing that the store is open Friday until 15.00 and closed on Saturday
