 The worst in a courier company! We have sent an email to the Adidas dealership to stop working with you! You have never delivered a parcel and you have never made a call either before you arrived or while you are at home! ... and the piece of paper you leave us is very much as it seems to you!

I booked item to be picked up online on the DHL website. Waited at home for the entire day but no one showed up.
I visited the store on the following day and was told that "there had been no courier availability and the booking had been received too late".
Really? Then why did your website allow me to book it? Even so, knowing you have made a commitment to collect, the least you can do is call your customer to make alternative arrangements.
No apologies offered and when I talked to them about professionalism they looked at me as if I were an alien. They couldn't be less bothered about my feedback.
At any rate, if I had not dropped the package myself I don't think they would have shown up in a month, let alone a day, unless I badgered them.
Last piece of friendly advice, tidy up your front office. Entering the shop feels like entering a cramped warehouse and not a particularly well organised one.
