★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ας ξεκινήσω από το γεγονος ότι η παραγγελία μου ήρθε πολύ νωρίτερα από όταν την περίμενα αλλά και σε σύγκριση με άλλες εταιρίες κούριερ που είχα δέμα από το ίδιο κατάστημα. Έπειτα ας περάσω στο ότι ο κούριερ ήταν απλά θεουλης , καθώς χτύπησε τα κουδούνια μέχρι να με βρει και μου ζήτησε και συγγνώμη που με ενόχλησε. Τα λόγια γενικώς είναι περιττά. Απλά μπράβο σας!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ DHL Patras has an excellent service, both when you need to send something and when you're expecting something.
The speed for international within EU is 2 to 3 days if you send your package before 11:00 am, 2 to 3 days to ship to Cyprus and 7 to 14 to US. For domestic within GR is 2 to 3 days for the main land and 15 to 20 days for the islands and remote places. It used to be the same delivery dates for across GR but something about unfair competition forced then to delay the deliveries...go figure.
I don't use it as a professional but for personal parcels. The stuff is friendly and know their job to the letter. When you first send a parcel they keep your info and the recipient's, whether is one or more so you don't have to remember multiple addresses just the names. Also when you expect something they actually call beforehand and you can arrange to either go get it your self or they will bring it to you.
The only minor negative is that they don't have their own DHL branded packs (expect for liquids like wine) so you have to have your own. Not a bad thing but it would be nicer to send the parcels with the yellow box.

Firstly this company has staff that has no idea how they actions affect other peoples pockets. They lie about a value of an item when I have emailed them a thr evidence of the charge ! From Australia. This company will rip you off! They will over charge you , they will lie to you and they are rude do not use DHL greece . I’ve been asking for a manager to call me and not a return phone call. One star given cause I can not give them none
