★ ★ ★ ★ ★ They asked me to pick up the parcel instead of bringing it to my house. When I told them that that's not going to happen, then they told me that I have to wait for a week!!! You are paid to deliver parcels, not for the customers to pick them up!

What do I have to do for the courier to come to my door? Is there someplace I have to register? All the other companies are coming here to my house or at least calling me. From you never. Not even one package! I lost already 2 orders because of you. The stuff were sent back to the store. I am home all days. The courier is not even trying. What is wrong with you?
