A	Aria9666 on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κάλεσα για να κλείσω ραντεβού, η εξυπηρέτηση της κοπέλας ήταν απότομη με λιιιγα νεύρα σαν να είναι αγκαρια , και όταν είχα αρνητική απάντηση αν μπορώ να εξυπηρετηθω , και ότι δεν γίνετε να τίποτα, ρώτησα για αν μπορώ να εξυπηρετηθω κάπου αλλού και η απάντηση ήταν αποτομη ότι δεν ξέρει κανένα άλλο μέρος και τότε έκλεισε η συνομιλία, δεν ξέρω αν έπεσε η γραμμή ή το έκλεισε η κοπέλα. Εννοείτε ενημέρωσα και τους συναδέλφους Μ και το αφεντικό για αυτό το κέντρο γιατί ήταν απαραίτητο για την εργασία μου. Σε άλλο κέντρο που κάλεσα η κοπέλα είχε την καλύτερη εξυπηρέτηση, και παρόλο που δεν μπόρεσαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν η κοπέλα προσπάθησε να με εξυπηρετήσει κ να μου βρει κάποιο άλλο κέντρο. Παρότι δεν υπήρχε διαθέσιμο ραντεβού ,οι υπεύθυνοι του εργαστηρίου με εξυπηρέτησαν και ήρθε η κοπέλα σπίτι να πάρει δείγμα εφόσον εξήγησα ότι είμαι σε μια δύσκολη περίοδο και χρειάζομαι ακινησία. Οι εξετάσεις ήταν επείγον. Την ίδια μέρα είχα αποτελέσματα στο mail και επικοινώνησαν ακόμα και με το γιατρό μου. Δεν έχω λόγια Πραγματικά. If I could I would put more stars. The exams were urgent. The same day I had results in the mail and they even contacted my doctor. I have no words Really.

Οι άνθρωποι φαίνεται ότι έιναι άριστοι επαγγελματίες, μου έλυσαν με υπομονή και κάθε μου απορεία, πέραν του ότι με εξυπηρέτησαν με ακρίβεια. Το συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα!!! Flawless service and the space is very neat and clean !!! Και κυρίως να μη βγει "οριακά θετικός" σε ημέρα πριν το Σαββατοκύριακο. Γιατί λόγω "φόρτου εργασίας" (λες και σε πανδημία ο φόρτος εργασίας θα είναι ποτέ χαμηλός) ίσως δυσκολευτείτε να πάρετε απάντηση πριν περάσει το ΣΚ για το τι σημαίνει "οριακά θετικός". Αν πάλι σας πουν να αφήσετε τα στοιχεία σας και να επικοινωνήσουν αυτοί μαζί σας, τότε ελλοχεύει ο κίνδυνος να περάσετε ένα αγωνιώδες ΣΚ χωρίς να σας πάρει τηλέφωνο κανείς για να σας εξηγήσει, έως ότου επικοινωνήσετε με πρωτοβουλία δική σας από Δευτέρα. Βλέπετε ο "φόρτος εργασίας" είναι τέτοιος που δεν υπάρχει χρόνος για ένα τηλεφώνημα 2-3 λεπτών. Βέβαια, δεν είναι υποχρεωμένοι να σας δώσουν περαιτέρω εξήγηση πέραν του email με το αποτέλεσμα του τεστ. Μάλλον ούτε η στοιχειώδης ανθρωπιά και ο σεβασμός στην αγωνία ενός ανθρώπου είναι τελικά υποχρεωτική.
