★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είναι ένα συγκρότημα με ενοικιαζομενα δωμάτια αρκετά περιποίημενα και καθαρά. Η Σταυρούλα που τα διαχείριζεται ευγενέστατη και εξυπηρέτικοτατη σε ότι ζητήσαμε. Η τοποθέσια είναι ιδανική αφού στα 100 μέτρα είναι ο παραλιακός δρόμος και το κέντρο του Ν. Μάρμαρα. Επίσης η παραλία του Ν. Μάρμαρα απέχει μόνο 300 μέτρα μακριά αν δεν θέλεις να μετακινηθείς. Κοντά υπάρχει φούρνος σούπερ μάρκετ. Απολαύσαμε την διαμονή μας
 It is a complex with rooms for rent quite neat and clean. Stavroula who manages them is very kind and very helpful in everything we asked for. The location is ideal since at 100 meters is the coastal road and the center of N. Marmara. Also the beach of N. Marmara is only 300 meters away if you do not want to move. There is a supermarket bakery nearby. We enjoyed our stay

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excellent location, great accommodation and even better landlords. I've coming the sixth time and I'll again as long as I'm comming to Neos Mrmaras. Stavroula and her family are marvelous and its been a long time that me and my family consider tham as friends.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great position, just next to the sea, great view and most important of all great hosts, exceptional family that is running the bussines in traditional greek style with hospitality above everyrhing. Also there is adorable garden, sea view, natural shadowed, where you can enjoy greek frappe, wine or ouzo or tasty traditional greek dishes, mostly prepared from homemade products like extra vergine olive oil and jam. And all is served with a big smile and from hearts of owners. And if you come one time, you will always keep coming back. Because thia is a place where you just feel like home.

It's clean, it's next to the beach, supermarkets and bakery are just a few minutes walk away, you can have breakfast made by owners lovely mom, in cafe you can also have morning coffee and drinks in the evening. Or whenever you want ? Hospitality is the main characteristic. You'll feel there like home. I am regular guest here and I'll always go back. ?
