β β β β β I'm very satisfied with the place. It's very comfortable and they clean the rooms regularly. They have free parking space only for customers right in front of the building.

β β β β β Location is perfect for swim and evening city restaurants. 2 minutes walk. Great seaview from balcony. Clean and fair room. Free parking by front door. Safe and tidy apartments. Mr. Apostopoulos is a great host and accommodate his guests with insights and warm friendly atmosphere. THANKS

β β β β β We loved everything about this place - the people are very, very friendly and they gave us a warm welcome. The man speaks good English and we havenβt got any problem with the keys or the language. The rooms are clean, the beds are also big and comfortable, there is a balcony with beautiful view to the sea and the central beach. We could also make something for dinner in the kitchenette. In the garden there is a barbecue and a place to sit and talk to the hosts. The place is more than worthy for its price and we will definitely come back next year! :)

β β β β β Free parking. Comfortable bed. Sea view from balcony. Clean rooms. It's very close to the beach and yet it's in a flat area of Neos Marmaras (which has very steep hills so be careful where you book), so it's easy to walk to. It's also quiet and soundproofing is excellent if you want to sleep in. The hosts are a great friendly family too :)
