Επί μια βδομάδα παίρνω τηλέφωνο για ένα σπίτι με λέγανε κάθε μέρα αύριο θα σας καλέσουμε αύριο θα σας καλέσουμε και στο τέλος μου Λένε το σπίτι δόθηκε εδώ και καιρό το έχουμε κατεβασμένο από το σιτε.(εννοείται πως δεν το έχουν κατεβάσει) και η δικαιολογία του υπαλλήλου όταν ρώτησα γιατί δεν με ενημέρωσαν ότι νοικιάστηκε και εφτά μέρες περιμένω να το κλείσω ήταν η εξής: μα δεν μιλήσαμε μαζί ξανά πρώτη φορα μιλάμε μαζί. Στο τηλέφωνο απαντάνε όποτε τους καπνίσει.Το ένα αστέρι είναι πολύ. Μακριά από αυτό το γραφείο!!! Service 0. Η επιλογή των ενοικιαστών δεν είναι απλή υπόθεση. Όμως με το Βαγγέλη και την ομάδα του, έχω πάντα αξιόπιστους και συνεπείς ενοικιαστές. Τους συστήνω ανεπιφύλακτα. Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την άριστη συνεργασία. PROFESSIONALISM is the word that characterizes them. I am the owner and now my properties are managed only by Olympus Real Estate. Choosing tenants is not a simple matter. But with Vangelis and his team, I always have reliable and consistent tenants. I highly recommend them. Thank you very much for the excellent cooperation.

Το συνιστώ ανεπιφύλακτα... As an old customer owner I had the best service in many procedures. The last contact with them confirmed how effective they are. I highly recommend it ...

Είχα κλείσει ραντεβού να δω σπίτι…ούτε καν το σημείωσαν το ραντεβού (με έγραψαν κανονικότατα ενώ τους είπα ότι έρχομαι από άλλη πόλη), δεν με ειδοποίησαν καν να μου το ακυρώσουν και το νοίκιασαν σε άλλον. Είδα αλλά δύο σπίτια μετά τα οποία τα είχαν ανεβασμένα αλλά τελικά τα είχαν νοικιάσει και αυτά. Μάλλον κάθονται και βαριούνται που ζουν εκεί. Α και ένας εν ονόματι Απόστολος ας αλλάξει κινητό γιατί ακούγεται από το υπερπέραν και δεν μπορείς να συνεννοηθείς και άλλη φορά να μην κλείνει ραντεβού χωρίς να τα σημειώνει. Κάντε λίγο σωστά τη δουλειά σας! Υπάρχουν πολύ πιο αξιόλογα μεσιτικά γραφεία στην Θεσσαλονίκη με πολύ πιο εξυπηρετικούς και ευγενείς ανθρώπους που ξέρουν να κάνουν ΣΩΣΤΑ αυτή τη δουλειά. Εσείς στο olympus...απλά αφήστε το! ? 1 star and a lot of them! I had made an appointment to see a house; they did not even make an appointment (they wrote to me normally while I told them I was coming from another city), they did not even notify me to cancel it and rented it to someone else. I saw but two houses after which they had built them but finally they had rented them as well. They probably sit and get bored living there. And let a man by the name of Apostolos change his cell phone because it sounds from the beyond and you can not communicate and once again not make an appointment without noting them. Do your job a little right! There are many more notable real estate agencies in Thessaloniki with much more helpful and noble people who know how to do this job CORRECTLY. You at olympus ... just leave it! ?
