★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ωφειλω να τροποποιησω μια κριτική. Μετά από επικοινωνία και αφού παραβρεθηκα στην επιχείρηση η κα Διαμαντοπούλου αλλά και ο κος Διαμαντόπουλος προσφέρθηκαν να με εξυπηρετήσουν να διαλέξω οποίο όπλο ήθελα και να ξεδιαλυνουν κάθε παρεξήγηση ΕΥΧΑΡΙΣΤΩ

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ότι χειρότερο από θέμα πολιτικής..σε ελαττωματικό προϊόν με 1 χρόνο εγγύηση με ενάμιση μήνα χρήσης..με διαφορετικό εξάρτημα το προϊόν από την ίδια την εταιρεία..ρωτάω αν με καλύπτει η εγγύηση και μου είπαν όχι..και πλήρωσα 10 ευρώ για επισκευή..ντροπή να κοροϊδεύετε τον κόσμο ... Να προσθέσω ότι το προϊόν είναι ακόμη μη λειτουργικό.. προφανώς θα πρέπει να ξανά πληρώσω κάποιο σέρβις..δεν μου έδωσαν να καταλάβω κάτι διαφορετικό τα παλικάρια...
What's worse in terms of policy..in a defective product with 1 year warranty with a month and a half of use..with a different part the product from the company itself..I ask if the warranty covers me and they said no..and I paid 10 euros for repair ..shame to make fun of people ... To add that the product is still non-functional .. obviously I will have to pay for a service again..the lads did not let me understand something different ...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ιδιαίτερα φιλικοί,με "άφθονη"υπομονή και γνώστες του αντικειμένου.Οι ανταγωνιστικές τους τιμές (τουλάχιστον σε ότι αφορά τα προιόντα που με ενδιαφέρουν καθώς για τα υπόλοιπα δε μπορώ να έχω άποψη) και το οτί δεν είναι "φραγκοφονιάδες" θα με ξαναοδηγήσουν σε αυτούς λίαν συντόμως!?Η σταθερότητα τους εντυπωσιάζει! Το τελευταίο τρίμηνο τους έχω επισκευτεί ήδη 4 φορές και έπεται συνέχεια.!
Extremely friendly, with "plenty" of patience and knowledge of the subject. Their competitive prices (at least in terms of products that interest me as for the rest I can not have an opinion) and the fact that they are not "francophones" will lead me back to them very soon! σταθεTheir stability impresses them! I have already visited them 4 times in the last quarter and it continues.!
