A	Anastasios Hd on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έστειλα το πρώτο email στην "υπεύθυνη πωλήσεων" στις 4/6 και ζητούσα πληροφορίες για τις υπηρεσίες τους, 5 μέρες μετά επιτέλους μου λένε τι είδους εκτύπωση κάνουν. Στέλνω αίτημα για προσφορά παραγγελίας κι αρχίζει ο γολγοθάς. Επισυνάπτω μακέτα και παραγγελία σε pdf. Μετά από λίγες μέρες μου λένε ότι δεν μπορούν να ανοίξουν το pdf της μακέτας και μου ζητάνε να ξαναστείλω σε άλλο φορμάτ. Επίσης από την παραγγελία δεν έχουν ένα χρώμα, τους λέω απλά βάλτε ένα μπλε, αλλά θέλουν κι εκεί νέο pdf. Στέλνω ξανά μακέτες και παραγγελία σε pdf. Μετά από λίγες μέρες μου ζητάει να στείλω την παραγγελία σε "λίστα". Κάνω copy paste το περιεχόμενο του pdf και το στέλνω. Η "υπεύθυνη" βαριέται να τα κοιτάξει οπότε μου απαντάει μετά από λίγες μέρες να κάνω τσεκ στην παραγγελία και αν λείπει κάτι να το συμπληρώσω :) Έχουμε φτάσει 19/6 και ακόμα δεν τα έχω καταφέρει. Πολύ κακή εξυπηρέτηση και αντιεπαγγελματική συμπεριφορά. After a few days they tell me they can't open the pdf of the model and ask me to send it back to another format. After a few days he asks me to send the order to the "list". I copy paste the contents of the pdf and send it. The "responsible" is bored to look at them so she answers me after a few days to check the order and if something is missing to complete it :) We have reached 19/6 and I still haven't made it. Very poor service and unprofessional behavior.

Τζάμπα χαμένα χρήματα. I received a damaged solar lantern today ... maybe the transport company is responsible, maybe the store should answer the phones anyway. Lost money.
