We stayed in the Superior Room with a balcony overlooking the pool and sliver of ocean. Each night we enjoyed a glass of wine outside. My one complaint is the Wi-Fi is very in and out which was quite frustrating during our stay. We also enjoyed the many hotel amenities including the two pools, restaurant, simple gym, game rooms, and balconies. The buffet was good with many different options each night. Diana Palace Hotel is the perfect hotel to book for your summer vacation to the Greek Islands. Whether you are traveling with family, friends, or your spouse this fun hotel offers a little bit of everything to make your trip fun and memorable.

My partner surprised me to this hotel recently and when we arrived it is not what we both expected. I believe a lot of the pictures you see look so much better then what the hotel itself looks like. I really struggeled as to why this hotel has positive reviews. This is not a 4 star hotel. The food was pretty much the same come breakfast, lunch, snack time and dinner. Food was freezing cold, left to sit there unwarm. I tried but the food was too oily, soaked eg omlette was very runny, quiche was runny, simple foods just was not cooked properly. As for the drinks they were watered down a lot. The wine taste like urine. Coke did not taste properly. Cocktails you had to pay 3 euros for even though it was an all inclusive. You don't even get water in your bedroom. The air con you have to pay for. There was a huge nest of eggs on one of the cealings at the back of the hotel but still part of the hotel. I was so scared incase it fell on me whilst walking down the stairs as i have never seen such a nest so big and horrible and rotting. This hotel is not for you if you like good food, class, elegance, entertainment and if you and your partner have no kids. All in all a bad experience which me and my partner did our best to see it through. We spent double the amount then the hotel itself just to go eat out and get proper drinks. Another heads up if you are thinking of travelling now don't. It is the end of season meaning everything is closed. You will be really bored as the hotel is not enough to keep you entertained or tranquil enough to keep you relaxed. You'll have a better time at home in your own bed as also it is freezing over there. As for the room it was ok, quite old and dated, not great views. Bathroom was stained and could not remove any. Water stunk of urine so beware. Floor was very sticky.

The hotel itself is great, always cleaned and very friendly service.Β  Delicious food, lots of space and big pool. But our beloved Eleni did the greatest job here, she kept us busy throughout our time. Not only the atmosphere with her was wonderful, but only for her I wanted to leave the room.Β  To sum up, I highly recommend this place, especially darts with Eleni <33

Food was good but Snacks are only available between 3 and 5. The room was very dated, you have to pay extra for air conditioning, and the bathroom wasn’t very clean. We also got a lot of stares while we were there from both staff and guests, which wasn’t very pleasant. The view from the hotel was quite nice.

Our stay at the hotel was pleasant, the staff do make an effort to make your stay worthwhile. The food at this place was really good and was of good quality. We went towards end of October and by this time most shops and venues around the hotel was closed so there isn't much for you to do. It is only a short walk from the beach and short drive from the airport. The bees and flies were a constant problem across Zante I would say this time of the year and they would be flying around and kept annoying us/kids by the pool, bar, restaurant etc.

been here for nearly a week lovely hotel the staff are all fantastic from reception to cleaning ladies to the waiters . we are at the back of the hotel not on pool side but still lovely sitting on the balcony view not awe inspiring but can see up to the hills above Argassi. Location wise very good not on main street but close enough to walk to and must say hotel very very clean and tidy. The restaurant food lovely and very tasty already put weight on so many different choices every night.

We enjoyed our 5 day stay in this hotel because the staff is very friendly. The guys that run the bars are great! The concierge helped us to find nice places, get to nice places, get good offerings and have excellent adventures. And the ladies at the reception were very kind and flexible to accustom everything to out needs. The 2 rooms we had were descent, nothing special. We also enjoyed the meals very much, although i would have liked to have more fresh fruit.
