Σ	Σταματίνα Μαυροειδή on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αναξιόπιστη εταιρεία.Αντιμετώπισα ένα πρόβλημα με εμπόρευμα που αγόρασα πρόσφατα, απευθύνθηκα στο κατάστημα, η "υπεύθυνη" με διαβεβαίωσε ότι θα συνεννοηθεί με την εταιρεία και θα με ενημερώσει.Με αγνόησε παντελώς! Πήρα την εταιρεία και ζήτησα κάποιον αρμόδιο από το Τμήμα εξυπηρέτησης πελατών.Η υπάλληλος που απάντησε ( από το Λογιστήριο) μου είπε ότι δεν διαθέτουν τέτοιον υπάλληλο, ζήτησε να ενημερωθεί και μου είπε ότι οπωσδήποτε θα μου τηλεφωνούσε εκείνη.Ακόμα περιμένω! Αναξιοπιστία και έλλειψη του όποιου σεβασμού προς τον πελάτη .Είναι προφανές ότι δεν πρόκειται γιά σοβαρή εταιρεία. Unreliable company. I encountered a problem with goods I bought recently, I went to the store, the "manager" assured me that she would consult with the company and inform me. She completely ignored me! I took the company and asked someone in charge from the Customer Service Department. The employee who answered (from the Accounting Office) told me that they do not have such an employee, asked to be informed and told me that she would definitely call me. I am still waiting! Unreliability and lack of any respect for the customer. It is obvious that this is not a serious company.

Indifferent and rude staff in the store of Kifissia. I was talking to the saleswoman and she was looking elsewhere, she was not even listening to me and was greeting other customers at the same time.
