★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ψωνίζω από την Καλογήρου από μαθήτρια. Το κατάστημα έχει μακρά ιστορία ως το πιο πολυτελες στην κατηγορία της υπόδησης και όχι άδικα. Ο λόγος που κάνω την κριτική είναι διότι σε ένα τελευταίο ατυχές περιστατικο έμεινα πολυ ευχαριστημενη από την στάση του καταστήματος. Τέλη Ιουνίου αγόρασα ένα ζευγάρι Hogan, επωνυμία που τη θεωρώ πολυ αξιόπιστη. Ωστόσο μετά το περας 2 μηνών το ένα παπουτσι άρχισε σταδιακά να ξεθωριάζει και ενώ τα παπουτσια δεν τα είχα φορέσει πολλες φορες σε αυτό το διάστημα λόγω του ότι ήταν κλειστά και έκανε ζέστη. Το κατάστημα τα δέχτηκε πισω αναγνωρίζοντας την μη υπαιτιότητα μου και μου προτεινε να αγοράσω οτιδηποτε επιθυμούσα στην τιμή των παπουτσιων. Σας ευχαριστω πολυ!!!
I shop from Kalogirou as a student. The store has a long history as the most luxurious in the footwear category and not unjustly so. The reason I criticize is because in one last unfortunate incident I was very happy with the attitude of the store. At the end of June I bought a pair of Hogan, a brand that I consider very reliable. However, after 2 months, one shoe gradually started to fade and while I had not worn the shoes many times during this period due to the fact that they were closed and it was hot. The store accepted them back acknowledging my guilt and offered me to buy whatever I wanted at the price of the shoes. Thank you very much!!!
