★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μεγαλη ποικιλια σε βρεφικα ειδη. Οι ιδιοκτητες γνωριζουν το αντικειμενο καο ειναι παντα προθυμοι να εξηγησουν και να εξυπηρετησουν. Αγορασαμε ολα τα ειδη που χρειαζομασταν για το μωρο μας χωρις να κανουμε σπαταλες.
Large variety in infant. Owners know the subject that they are always willing to explain and serve. We bought all the items we needed for our baby without making any wastes.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ευγενέστατο το προσωπικό αλλά ο κύριος -που μάλλον έχει το μαγαζί- νευρίασε όταν ρώτησα εάν γίνεται να μου φέρουν κάποιο άλλο καθισματάκι που θα αγόραζα (αξίας 400 ευρώ) καθώς αυτό που μου έδειξε είχε κάποιες μικρές γραντζουνιές.
The staff was courteous but the gentleman - who probably had the shop - was nervous when I asked if they would bring me another seat that I would buy (worth 400 euros) as what he showed me had some small scratches.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Αρκετά μεγάλη ποικιλία και οι υπάλληλοι πολύ εξυπηρετικοι. Αλλά σε εμάς έτυχε ελάττωμα στο κρεβάτι. Όταν μας το έφερε ο άνθρωπος μας είπε ότι το πολύ 3 ημέρες θα μας το αλλάξουν. Δεν μας κάλεσε κανένας. Εμείς πήραμε τηλέφωνο και μας είπαν ότι θα μιλήσουμε με το εργοστάσιο. Τελικά αφού πήραμε πολλά τηλέφωνα και με πολύ κυνήγι και ένα κάρο αστείες δικαιολογίες από το εργοστάσιο (γιατί εμείς μιλούσαμε απευθείας με το εργοστάσιο και όχι με το μαγαζί οπως έπρεπε)του στυλ "βρέχει και είστε μακρυά", παραλάβαμε τα προβληματικά κομμάτια τα οποία ήταν φτιαγμένα με μικρό ατέλειες. Δεν ενδιαφέρθηκαν να μας καλέσουν ποτέ και να μας πουν ένα συγνώμη για την ταλαιπωρία. Τα συμπεράσματα δικά σας...

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Πήγα να αγοράσω ένα καθισμα αυτοκινητου, εκτός του ότι με βοηθήσανε να αγοράσω και το πιο αξιόπιστο και βάσει τα οικονομικά μου δεδομένα, μου το τοποθετησανε στο αυτοκίνητο. Επίσης μου προτεινανε οπότε χρειαστώ την βοήθεια τους, να μην διστασω να τους ενοχλήσω.
Ευχαριστώ πολύ για την άψογη εξυπηρέτηση.
