Ate here 4 times as the staff were so welcoming and polite and amazing home cooked food.
If we come back to Crete we will definitely visit again.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Stayed very close to Dimitra Taverna for the last two weeks and had lunch and evening meals here almost every night, we did try quite a few Taverna's in the area but always came back here. Coming from a greek family background I know how the food should taste and it was exceptional. The owner is the most lovely lady you will ever meet, she spends time talking to everyone because you are not just a customer to her you become friends. It was a very sad evening on our last night. And really cant wait to go back next year.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely place with lovely owners. Although we didn't stay here we did eat at the Taverana almost every day. At lunch times we would speak to people who were staying at the apartments and they had nothing but praise for the rooms and food.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Another fantastic holiday at Dimitra Apts. Lovely spacious rooms with everything you need for a self catering holiday and only a 5 minute walk to the beach. Not that you need to bother as the pool is lovely. Although there are many good restaurants close by we found the food and atmosphere in the taverna impossible to beat. What sets this place apart is the wonderful family who run it. We highly recommend it.
