D	Dimitris Klaras on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απευθύνθηκα στο συγκεκριμένο γραφείο τελετών αφού διάβασα στο site του ότι μπορούσε να κάνει αποτέφρωση συγγενικού μου προσώπου με την τελική τιμή των 1400€. Στην πρώτη συνάντηση επιβεβαίωσα με τον υπεύθυνο ότι όντως η "τελική τιμή" ήταν 1400€ και έδωσα προκαταβολή 400€. Την επόμενη μέρα επισκέφθηκα και πάλι το γραφείο προσκομίζοντας κάποια έγγραφα απαραίτητα για την αποτέφρωση με γνήσιο της υπογραφής. Και εδώ άρχισαν τα περίεργα. Ο υπεύθυνος του γραφείου, ξαφνικά, άρχισε να με ρωτάει αν θα πλήρωνα εγώ το κόστος της αποτέφρωσης στη Ριτσώνα ή θα έδινα το ποσό στο γραφείο για να το πληρώσει εκ μέρους μου. Με λίγα λόγια, όπως και πολλές φορές μετά μου ειπώθηκε, η “τελική τιμή” της αποτέφρωσης δεν συμπεριλάμβανε το κόστος της βασικής υπηρεσίας που ήταν η αποτέφρωση. Τι υποτίθεται συμπεριλάμβανε; Το καλλωπισμό του νεκρού, το φέρετρο και κάποιες γραφειοκρατικές διαδικασίες που αυτές καθ’εαυτές δεν έχουν καμιά σχέση με την αποτέφρωση και έστω τη μεταφορά της σωρού στη Ριτσώνα. Ενώ τη προηγούμενη μέρα είχα επιβεβαιώσει την “τελική τιμή” και ενώ ήταν σαφές ότι θεωρούσα ότι αυτό θα ήταν το κόστος ξαφνικά μου εμφάνισε έναν λογαριασμό 2530€. Στην διαμαρτυρία μου γιατί την προηγούμενη μέρα δεν είχα ενημερωθεί για όλο αυτό το κόστος το οποίο σχεδόν διπλασιάζει την “τελική τιμή αποτέφρωσης” και κάλλιστα θα μπορούσα να μην διαθέτω το ποσό, εισέπραξα μια ακατάσχετη φλυαρία “περί δικαιωμάτων τρίτων” κτλ που δεν απαντούσε στο ερώτημά μου. Δυστυχώς ενώ έπρεπε να σταματήσω εδώ και να ζητήσω την προκαταβολή πίσω ή να απευθυνθώ στις αρμόδιες αρχές (ήδη είχε παραληφθεί η σωρός και ήταν σε ψυγείο), αποδέχθηκα και μια νέα πληρωμή η οποία μαζί με την προκαταβολή έδινε ένα σύνολο λίγο πιο κάτω από τα 1400€ της “τελικής τιμής” (1384€). Και μετά μου ζητήθηκαν άλλα 1146€ σε μετρητά παρακαλώ, τα οποία θα έπρεπε να φέρω την επόμενη μέρα. Φυσικά και δεν υπήρχε περίπτωση όλα αυτά να μου κάτσουν καλά και το απόγευμα επικοινώνησα με άλλο γραφείο τελετών που επίσης διαφήμιζαν τα 1400€ της αποτέφρωσης. Μου είπαν ότι δεν συμπεριλαμβάνουν ΦΠΑ αλλά φυσικά συμπεριλαμβάνουν το κόστος της αποτέφρωσης στη Ριτσώνα κάπου 750€. Τελική τιμή πληρωμής πελάτη 1700€. Επανερχόμενος στο γραφείο τελετών στο οποίο είχα ήδη πληρώσει 1384€ και ενώ μου ζητούσαν 850€ αν ήθελα να υπαναχωρήσω, επέμενα πλέον να πληρώσω μόνο με πιστωτική κάρτα ώστε να διασφαλιστεί η καταγραφή των ποσών. Στην αναφορά μου για όσα μου είπε το άλλο γραφείο η απάντηση ήταν ότι “αυτοί τα κάνουν όλα καλύτερα” και γιαυτό η διαφορά τιμής. Και επειδή “τα κάνουν όλα καλύτερα”, ενώ μου επιβεβαιώθηκε το κόστος των 1400€ την μέρα της προκαταβολής, έπρεπε να βρεθώ έκπληκτος με το σχεδόν διπλάσιο της επομένης γιατί δήθεν η “τελική τιμή” δεν συμπεριλάμβανε τα “δικαιώματα τρίτων”. Τα οποία, όπως φαίνεται, απαξιούσαν ακόμη και να μου τα αναφέρουν εγκαίρως λες και εγώ δεν θα τα πλήρωνα. Προφανώς αν είχα ενημερωθεί εγκαίρως για όλα αυτά τα κόστη, παρά τα 1400 που διαφήμιζε το site, δεν θα έδινα προκαταβολή και θα έφευγα τρέχοντας προς αναζήτηση άλλου γραφείου τελετών. Γιατί θα επρόκειτο για κοροϊδία. Το "τελική τιμή" δεν επιδέχεται πολλές ερμηνείες. Μακρυά! The next day I visited the office again presenting some documents necessary for the incineration with a genuine signature. And here the strange things began. The person in charge of the office, suddenly, started asking me if I would pay the cost of the incineration in Ritsona or I would give the amount to the office to pay for it. In short, as I have been told many times, the "final price" of incineration did not include the cost of the basic service which was incineration. What was it supposed to include? The grooming of the dead, the coffin and some bureaucratic procedures that in themselves have nothing to do with the cremation and even the transfer of the body to Ritsona. While the previous day I had confirmed the "final price" and while it was clear that I thought that this would be the cost, he suddenly showed me a bill of 2530 €. In my protest because the day before I was not informed about all this cost which almost doubles the "final incineration price" and I could well not have the amount, I received an unrestrained chatter "about third party rights" etc that did not answer the question my. Unfortunately while I had to stop here and ask for the deposit back or contact the competent authorities (the pile had already been picked up and was in the fridge), I also accepted a new payment which together with the deposit gave a total of just under 1400 € of the “final price” (1384 €). And then I was asked for another € 1146 in cash please, which I should bring the next day. Of course, there was no way all this would go well for me and in the afternoon I contacted another funeral office that also advertised the € 1400 of cremation. I was told that they do not include VAT but of course they include the cost of incineration in Ritsona around € 750. Final customer payment price 1700 €. Returning to the funeral home where I had already paid € 1384 and while they were asking me for € 850 if I wanted to withdraw, I now insisted on paying only by credit card to ensure that the amounts were recorded. In my report on what the other office told me, the answer was that "they do everything better" and that is why the price difference. And because "they do everything better", while the cost of 1400 € was confirmed to me on the day of the deposit, I had to be surprised with almost double the next day because supposedly the "final price" did not include the "rights of third parties". Which, it seems, were worthless even if they told me in time as if I would not pay them. Obviously if I had been informed in time about all these costs, despite the 1400 that the site advertised, I would not have made a deposit and would have run in search of another funeral home. Because it would be a joke. The "final price" is not open to many interpretations. Away!

Μία τόση θλιβερή στιγμή για όλη μας την οικογένεια έχει περάσει όσο είναι δυνατόν με την λιγότερη ψυχολογική φθορά. Μας έχουν φερθεί με το απόλυτο σεβασμό και την ανθρώπινη κατανόηση. Δεν είχαμε ασχοληθεί από μόνους μας απόλυτος με τίποτα. Όλα έχει αναλάβει το γραφείο. Είχαμε ευκαιρία να πάρουμε τις δυνάμεις για να αντιμετωπίσουμε την ημέρα που ήταν να πάμε στον τελευταίο ταξίδι την γιαγιά μας. Σας ευχαριστώ για άλλη μια φορά για την επαγγελματικοτητα σας σε αυτό που κάνετε μαζί με την απλή αλλά πολύ σημαντική ανθρώπινη συμπεριφορά που προσφέρετε! I would like to thank from the bottom of my heart the office of Mr. DIMITRIOS for organizing the cremation ceremony of my grandmother. Such a sad moment for our whole family has passed as much as possible with the least psychological damage. We have been treated with the utmost respect and human understanding. We had not dealt with anything on our own. The office is in charge of everything. We had the opportunity to get the strength to face the day that was to go on the last trip our grandmother. Thank you once again for your professionalism in what you do along with the simple but very important human behavior you offer!
