Ζήτησα λοιπόν δύο αποχρώσεις από το φυλλάδιο που οι ίδιοι έχουν σαν μπουσουλα..μέντα και γκρι .. το αποτέλεσμα;;; Το γκρι βγήκε ΜΠΛΕ και το μεντα ΠΡΑΣΙΝΟ ΛΑΧΑΝΙ . Τους ενημέρωσα γιατί προφανώς και δεν μου άρεσε το χρώμα αλλά απάντηση μια ουσιαστική λύση δεν πήρα. Κρίμα για τον κόπο μας και φυσικά το επιπλέον κόστος που θα δώσω για να το αλλάξω. Συγνώμη αλλά αυτό ειναι έλλειψη επαγγελματισμού. Όταν δεν ξέρεις να συμβουλέψεις σωστά για τα χρώματα που σου ζητά ο πελάτης.
With great pleasure and as always I preferred to support a local shop ... to support my neighborhood. So I asked for two shades from the booklet that they themselves have like a compass..mint and gray .. the result ??? The gray came out BLUE and the mint GREEN VEGETABLE. I informed them because obviously I did not like the color but I did not get a substantial solution. Too bad for our effort and of course the extra cost I will pay to change it. Sorry but this is a lack of professionalism. When you do not know how to properly advise on the colors that the customer asks you.
