Abbiamo prenotato qui perché il meno caro... Dimitri un timo molto gentile e alla mano... La stanza dimensioni adeguate tranne la doccia un po piccola ma va bene..... La pulizia della stanza buona e frequente... C'è anche una piccola cucina se vuoi cucinare qualcosa con un piccolo forno... La mia camera era fornita di aria condizionata

Also vorweg gesagt: Es handelt sich nicht um ein Hotel, sondern um insgesamt 3 Appartements (1x 4, 2 x 2 Personen) in einem normalen, gut gepflegten Wohnhaus in Strandnähe, das in Acharavi zwischen Hotels und Appartementanlagen aller Art liegt. Die Appartements verfügen über Schlafraum, Bad und eine kleine Küchenzeile. In allen drei Bereichen findet man keinen Luxus vor, aber eben das, was man braucht.Alles ist sauber und gepflegt und eine sehr gute Basis für preisgünstigen Urlaub auf Korfu. Der Vermieter ist sehr nett und offen und gibt gerne Tipps. Im Garten gibt es einen Grillkamin und Sitzgelegenheit für alle Gäste, die Appartements verfügen über je einen Plastiktisch und Stühle auf einem der je 2 Balkone (d.h. jeweils vorne und hinten raus). Kleine Verbesserungen wären an der Küchenausstattung wünschenswert, die aber an sich durchaus vollständig ist. Es ist halt nur eine Miniküche. Der Duschvorhang ist leider viel zu kurz (bautechnisch bedingt), so dass man schon manchen Trick anwenden muss, um nicht das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen, aber auch das bekommt man hin :). Die Matratzen sind eher hart, aber das ist ja bekanntlich Geschmacksache. Ich war im April zum Mountainbiken auf Korfu und gebe voller Überzeugung 5 Sterne für das super Preis-Leistungsverhältnis und den netten Vermieter. Wer einfach nur ruhig und sauber wohnen will und vom Urlaubsgeld lieber gut essen geht und sich das tolle Korfu anschaut, ist hier absolut richtig und gut aufgehoben. Und wer das dann noch in der Vorsaison tut, macht viel richtig, auch wenn dann noch vieles geschlossen hat und nicht alles nur schön aussieht in Acharavi.

Doesn't have a pool of its own but there are plenty free ones situated near by and the beach is only 30km or less away.. dimitri himself is a lovely guy and makes sure you are comfortable and have all you need .

We have just returned from a 9 day visit to Corfu and we stayed at Dimitris Studios. Although it doesn't have it's own pool, there are plenty of free ones nearby and it is within a 1 minute walk from the beach. The apartment itself is superb, we didn't expect such a well-equipped, clean and spacious apartment. There are two bedrooms of a very good size, a nice bathroom and a kitchen area. The garden is brilliant, there are three different places for you to sit outside. It is in a quiet area, but only a five minute walk to the centre. Dimitri himself is a very nice gentleman, and he speaks excellent English. He had provided us with tea and coffee as well as milk and some biscuits. As we didn't arrive till gone midnight, Dimitir had been to turn on the outside light so that we could see. I can't fault this place one bit and we will be returning very soon.
