Α	Αναστασία ΤΖΑΦΕΡΗ on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Απευθυνόμενη στην υπηρεσία, Σάββατο βράδυ 31 Ιουλίου 2021 για την κάκιστη ποιότητα λασπώδους νερού στους σωλήνες της ύδρευσης στους Επιβάτες, πληροφορήθηκα ότι η υπηρεσία λειτουργεί από Δευτέρα έως Παρασκευή μέχρι τις 2 το μεσημέρι ενώ για βλάβες του δικτύου παραθέτει κινητά τηλέφωνα των κοινοτήτων που δυστυχώς όμως είναι κλειστά!! Κανένας σεβασμός προς τον καταναλωτή! Λυπάμαι για την οργάνωση και την ανικανότητα των υπηρεσιών του Δήμου! Υ.Γ. Ως προς την αξιολόγηση, πριν από το πρώτο αστέρι πιστεύω ότι θα έπρεπε να υπάρχει και αρνητική αξιολόγηση που στη συγκεκριμένη περίπτωση θα ήταν η ακριβέστερη. Οι τρεις τελευταίοι λογαριασμοί είχαν το ίδιο ακριβώς ποσό πληρωμής. Λάθος μου , αλλά ομολογώ πως στο τρίτο λογαριασμό το αντιλήφθηκα. Έψαξα τους λογαριασμούς και πρόσεξα πως η κατανάλωση νερού ήταν η ίδια και στους τρεις 70 κυβ. Αυτό είναι αδύνατον , αν αναλογιστείς πως έχουμε και κήπο που σημαίνει πως καταναλώνουμε περισσότερο νερό νερό το καλοκαίρι , αλλά και να μην είχαμε με τίποτα δε θα μπορούσε να είναι σύμπτωση. Πήγα στο μετρητή να δω την ένδειξη . Έπαθα σοκ ... το νούμερο που αναγραφόταν ήταν εκατοντάδες κυβικά λιγότερο πριν τη τελευταία τους καταμέτρηση. Ουσιαστικά προπληρώναμε το νερό . Πήγα αγανακτισμένη στο γραφείο της ύδρευσης, κατευθείαν στο διευθυντή ο οποίος με ειρωνικό χαμογελάκι απευθύνθηκε σε μια υπάλληλο λέγοντας " τακτοποίησε σε παρακαλώ το θέμα της κυρίας. Αχ μόνο όταν τους χρεώνουμε παραπάνω μας θυμούνται" Τι εννοεί ο ποιητής . ? Το ίδιο αγενέστατη ήταν κι η υπάλληλος που με εξυπηρέτησε. Μου μοίρασαν τη διαφορά του νερού κι όλα ωραία και καλά . Από τότε τη μέτρηση τη βλέπω προσωπικά . Ένα σας λέω, ένα χρόνο μετά κι ακόμη δεν έχουμε φτάσει στην ένδειξη κατανάλωσης που είχανε καταγράψει τότε . Η κατανάλωση μας δε ξεπέρασε ποτέ τα 30κυβ. Φανταστείτε πόσα παραπάνω χρήματα τους έχουμε δώσει γιατί εκτός από τη λάθος καταγραφή λάθος είναι και η κοστολόγηση. Άλλο ποσό πληρώνεις για κατανάλωση 30κυβ και άλλη για 70 .
