Unfortunately I am not one of the satisfied customers. I went based on google reviews and based on my friend's experience where she was happy. Too bad I was the exception (?). I went for a haircut and dye. At first, even though I had an appointment and I was on time, it took an hour and a half for them to start dealing with me (but they put a towel on my shoulders, I have no complaints). Second and worst, while we agreed on a specific paint color (we would do balage), it made me a completely irrelevant color (I'm not talking about a difference between red and burgundy, I'm talking about a completely irrelevant color) I never understood why ... As well as I did not understand because he did not turn to admit that he was wrong. Instead, he said how nice it is and did not expect it to turn out so well. Other hare eyes and other owl eyes ?? After 5 and a half hours in the salon, of course I would not ask for the change to get an answer "ok ok, sit down for another 5 and a half hours to fix it" or "but why, look how nice it is". My attitude in post-holiday situations is always "Thank you very much" with a smile at the thought "but you will never see me again". It was nice, but not what I asked for. Good job technically, for sure. But not what I asked for. Finally, the cost was high. I was prepared for that, I had no objection. But not for the unprofessionalism and the result I got. He gave up high. The girls who work there, however, are very good both in their work and in their service, with a smile. No complaints. Too bad I was an exception (?) Maybe I was having a bad day with Dionysis. So many good reviews are obviously not accidental. They just are not for everyone.

Dionysis is not only an amazing hairdresser he is also amazing as a person! As for the children who work there, all very helpful and kind!
