★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Horrible take away service. Ordered two coffees, one cappuccino & one freddo espresso. Apparently, they made a mistake on the cappuccino so they had to make it again ( without telling anything). When I realized that I am waiting for 8 minutes already while I was in a rush, I asked politely the lady in front how much time they will need cause I had to catch a bus. The answer I got was very very very rude from the girl with the red lipstick in front desk. Not even looked at me, not even an apology for the delay but instead a not acceptable answer from the position that she was! And, in addition to that, when i left and decided to drink my freddo espresso, was wrongly made as well! I ordered black, I received with sugar...
If I hadn’t experienced that horrible behavior of the lady in front, I wouldn’t make it so much deal but please next time choose more carefully the people that you put to react with customers!! That lady is very rude and with that behavior and face you don’t attract customers at all!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the biggest Mikel i Athens, beautiful design, comfort spaces allows to get maximum of tasty coffee, greek coffee is my favourite and it has special unique flavour in each Mikel
Very appropriate place for meeting with friends, dating and gathering with family enjoying delishious cups of coffee and filling up with an energy and good mood for the whole day!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Typical Mikel, not too good nor too bad. For take-away it is acceptable since the price is competitive and the quality is good. But for dinning-in, there are better options for coffe in the Nea Filadelfia area.The location near Dekelias Avenue is convenient though. Parking can be a problem, but this a general issue in Nea Filadelfia, not limited to Mikel.
