★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Crashed my drone in Greece and had to get it repair. Emailed them and got a reply from John (boss of the company); note that this was on Sunday when the store is closed. However, after two emails there were no replies. I had planned to call them if they wouldn't reply my first email inquiry.
John did asked where I was located and offered to have my drone couriered but I was returning to Athens anyways.
I called them the following day to ask for a quote since I wasn't getting an email reply and also asked how long it would take to fixed. My esc board was down and the gimbal flat cable needed replacement as well. So I highly recommend calling them instead of email.
After dropping off my drone, the guy whom I have no idea his name was said it would take about two days to get it fixed and our communication would be via email from then onwards.
The following day, I was told it was fixed and they would need to test flight and it would be ready for pick up.
Highly recommend their service. I'm sure it would have been way more expensive if I had to send my drone to DJI headquarters in Germany. Either way, everything worked out and my drone is working fine.
