A	Alex Sampour on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Giving one star to this public service is not enough. I have been calling them in a row for over a week and no response. My application is still pending for the evaluation check for over 2 months. I wonder if there is any human life form in there.

C	Cheryl Novak on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I was at DOATAP today looking for my application, for “isotimia” filed in 2006, as I needed a copy of the decision. After over an hour of searching by staff members, the cases was sent to the Director, who finally found the file (my name had been misspelled by staff over a decade ago). The two employees assisting were very kind and persistent, and after much effort on their part, I left with copies of the “lost” decision. My view of spending several hours at DOATAP is that there are too few staff for the number of cases and level of bureaucracy.
E	Effie K. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I got my doctorate recognized in 4.5 months. Never had to set foot in their office - the entire process was online. All communication was swift and helpful (never had to call them, only email). Overall experience was very positive. Pleasantly surprised!
G	Giannis Efthymiou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I think what is already said about the service makes it really clear that this service funded from public funds is absolutely disgusting. Not only that. Trying to phone them and speak to them is like a Herculean task. Two days on the phone and to get a response. After finally waiting on the line for 10 mins they just hung up on you. It’s a disgusting service, the ones that we are used from the Greek authorities. I would give -10 stars if I could.
P	Panagiotis Kourtesis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The forced me to call them several times (international calls) when I had expressed a preference for contacting me only via emails. Importantly, they forced me to apply for all my degrees (BSc , MSc, PhD) 210 euros each (630 euros) when I wanted only my PhD. I found out that this is also illegal since the law doesn't say anything about recognising all the degrees.
