★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Άψογο προσωπικό σε όλα του. Όλοι πολύ ευγενικοί και υπομονετικοί στο να σε εξυπηρετήσουν σωστά. Δουλεύει νεότερος κόσμος με άλλες αξίες από τους παλιούς και όπως όλα δείχνουν τα πράγματα έχουν αλλάξει προς το καλύτερο. Νομίζω ότι μετά την επίσκεψη μου εδώ, έχω αρχίσει να πιστεύω ότι είμαι στην Ευρώπη.
Flawless staff in everything. All very kind and patient to serve you properly. Newer people work with values other than the old ones and as everything shows things have changed for the better. I think that after my visit here, I have come to believe that I am in Europe.

There is patience to help foreign citizens. If you want to learn Greek from scratch and for free, this is the place for you. A photocopy of the residence permit is required. And fill out the form. At the end, they will issue a certificate of language learning.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Το προσωπικό ευγενέστατο αλλά για να βρεις ραντεβού πρέπει να κανείς τάμα στην Παναγιά της Τήνου αν σηκώσουν τηλέφωνο.
The staff is very polite but in order to find an appointment you have to curse at Panagia of Tinos if they pick up the phone.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Όταν πας από εκεί, τα κλασσικά, περιμένεις εκτός σειράς, μπας και μπεις και κάνεις τη δουλειά σου. Ραντεβού ηλεκτρονικό δεν γίνεται, ραντεβού μέσω τηλεφώνου πάλι δεν γίνεται γιατί δεν απαντάνε ποτέ, οπότε για να κλείσεις ραντεβού για να πας από εκεί, πρέπει να πας από εκεί. Η λογική του παραλόγου! Μας δουλεύουν ψιλό γαζί εν μέσω κωρονοιού!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Γίνεται ένας χαμός με τα ραντεβού. Για να κλείσεις πρέπει να πας από εκεί γιατί σε όσα τηλέφωνα και αν βρεις να πάρεις δεν απαντάνε ποτε. Το προσωπικό κανει οτι μπορει για να εξυπηρέτηση τον κόσμο. Φτιάξτε άμεσα το πρόβλημα που υπάρχει με τα ραντεβού για να μην ταλαιπωριτε τον κόσμο και τους υπαλλήλους σας.
It becomes a waste with appointments. To book you have to go from there because no matter how many phones you find you get, they never answer. The staff do their best to serve the people. Immediately fix the problem with appointments so as not to bother people and your employees.
