Dolphin Yacht does not have boats in good maintenance. We had a lot of problems with the boat that we rented. I do not recommend renting boats with them.

At any time I felt safe on board. The service was completely satisfactory and accommodating. The skipper was able to reserve moorings in small harbors at an early stage, which was very comfortable. Always recommendable.

Bad service, the boat was not in good conditions, we lost 3 days of our vacations with problems whith the boat and they did’t take any responsability. They lied to us several times and their behaviour was agressive whith us.I have experience in sailing all over the world for more than 20 years and I never saw nothing like this.I absolute doesn’t recomend dolphin yatchs.

We chartered from this company in September 2018. Highly disappointed with their service. Engine failure, windlass failure, sails tearing in force 4 winds, fenders too small for size of boat, mooring lines scavenged from old sheets. Oh and not to mention threatened with Port Police when we told them the deposit was blocked!! The only reason they have one star is because I can't post this without choosing one! So what was the excuse for the engine failing, and being left to float around for 90 mins? One of the belts had broken on the engine.... that is a MAINTENANCE ISSUE, nothing to do with seamanship. One sail tore in light winds, the other was on the edge of going, JUST SO MANY REPAIRS there was hardly any original sail left to sew it to. Fenders WERE TOO SMALL for the size of boat, mooring lines also were INADEQUATE, particularly in high winds. This was the reason for the damage sustained by the boat. Anyone wanting more information, we have a full report of its failings. Each negative comment has been met with criticism of the charterer, funny that! And the 'George' is in fact the owner Ariadne, the boat we chartered, not an independent happy customer giving honest feedback as he is trying to suggest. ARIADNE IS AN ACCIDENT WAITING TO HAPPEN, BE VERY CAREFUL OF THE COMPANY We were totally capable of docking the yacht, just had had enough by then, and insisted they took responsibility after being towed and left floating. The reason we didn't refuel was because the refuelling area had already closed by the time we got sorted with the engine and underway again.

Very Bad expérience. I heard this man, the owner, does not return money for cancelled yachts. What a shame! I would not recommend person like this who uses difficult situation with covid to mock business partners. Potis, Panayotis Theofilakos, how you could do that? Give the woman back money, don't spoil impression about Greeks. The univers sees everything.

We chartered the 39ft Hinitsa sailing yacht. In general, we had a good experience with this company, apart from minor issues related to the age od the boat we got, 2008. They have always answered all our queries. They were very helpful in our way back when under a wind of up to 31kts they advised us to wait on a safe place out of the marina and helped us docking the boat later in the evening, as we were only two people on the boat.
