Beware ! Had a fine time on the yacht for a week but my mobile phone was stolen from the boat on the Saturday of departure. It is my belief was stolen when laundry was taken from the boat. Phone located on 'Samsung find my phone'. Located phone on 8th June 1000m north from the Tsirigotis office in residential area. Wanted Charterers to investigate employees addresses and prevent from anyone else getting robbed. Cannot contact Tsirigotis on any email, phone . Just being ignored . Be very wary and lock up valuables on the day of departure . Trust no staff there. Disappointed with Tsirigotis.

Had a beautiful boat for a week. Everything in good shape and working, nothing really to mention. The team is kind and helpful and tried to do everything for our convenience. Good communication, quick and supportive in finding solutions.

The Fryni (Bavaria 46 Cruiser from 2014) was poorly maintained. In all honesty, I don't believe the boat is 'just 4 years old'. Looked and felt more like a 8 year old boat. Here's a list of malfunctions, some of them minor but the in total a pretty crappy experience. Won't recommend this charter company (Tsirigotis) based on our own experience but also having checked out some of their other yachts in the fleet (that were docked next to us in some bays). List of issues: - Waterpump partially defect, we could only use 50% of the aft tank (so only 25% of total water) ,not great when you're 8 ppl on a boat - 1 of the 2 fridges was broken, actually heated resulting in awful smell and reduced cooling capacity - No outside chart plotter, only a tablet - Outside 12v socket was broken so the tablet needed to be charged inside, only lasted 3 hours on it's battery (=safety issue) - Charging cable of tablet was broken. Luckily we had a micro usb cable ourself. - Labels of switch panel were a mess and did not match actual switches (so people would switch on the deck light instead of waterpump etc) (=safety issue) - Freshwater tank level indicators not working - Anchor chain color coding (for chain length) was incorrect so you don't know how much anchor chain you put in (=safety issue) - 2 out of 3 toilets were extremely smelly - Front toilet partially defect and blocked (not because of usage) - Mooring lines were all tangled up upon arrival. Took us 45 minutes with 3 ppl to untangle them ourself - Overall boat equipment was poorly maintained; no batteries in spare torch, doorknob of front toilet broken, broken water bucket, no connector piece to connect water filling hose to shore tap, small things but they add up. Check-in and check out were OK and done by a friendly guy that speaks english well. He was also helpful when we called him several times during the week about one of the issue above. Overall conclusion; I would not recommend the boat Fryni nor the charter company.

The boat experience was nice. But the boat had several problems : anchor blocked during the travel ( and apparently it was a known problem with this boat, named Vivi), gaz cooker not working perfectly, auto pilot not working, and cleaning at checkin was not perfect. For us we learned a lot about sailing but I don't think that everyone will do what we did during the sailing ( ie dive at 10m to take back the anchor to avoid to go on rock).

Completely unacceptable and impolite attitude of the staff. We signed a contract claiming clearly that we should return the yacht on Saturday at 09.00. They forced us instead to return her on Friday evening due to "traditional" reasons. The yacht had three broken windows not fractured but completely broken, that they never replaced claiming that it is not dangerous, there is not the possibility of the sea water to get in, there is no rain possibility. It is definitely not my future choice!

Awful experience...Obnoxious and arrogant, by far the worst charter I ever dealt with. Messed up with the messages in the weeks before renting, a most unwelcoming attitude when you meet them, missing towels and sheets on the boat are eventually given as if it was a special concession/favour. When asked for a pair of scissors (that should be on every sailing boat) the answer was that it is not "in the list"....eventually a bad-functioning cutter is handed instead. Although boat is two years old, anchor engine is not working properly and they seem to discover it after we sailed off...they could not find a way to fix it, so we operated the anchor manually the whole week...not even an apology for this Mast-top mooring light never worked....when you tell them, they act like it is none of their business.

Great experience chartering catamaran Le Grand Blue - strongly recommend. Check in and check out procedure was a pleasure and yacht was is great condition for its age.
