Ο επισκέπτης βιώνει σε γενικές γραμμές το μαγικό ταξίδι του χυμού του σταφυλιου μέχρι να γίνει κρασί και απόσταγμα. Η ξενάγηση θα μπορούσε να ήταν πιο παραστατικη με περισσότερες λεπτομέρειες και επιδείξεις. Το μεγαλύτερο μείον είναι η πρόσβαση. Δεν υπάρχει επαρκής σήμανση από τη Ζίτσα και επίσης ο δρόμος για το κτήμα είναι σε κακή κατάσταση. A unique experience for all those who love good wine and its production process. The visitor generally experiences the magical journey of grape juice until it becomes wine and distillate. The tour could be more illustrative with more details and demonstrations. The biggest downside is access. There is not enough signage from Zitsa and also the road to the estate is in poor condition.

Μας πρότειναν να δοκιμάσουμε τα κρασιά του οινοποιείου με κόστος ανά άτομο 20 ευρώ που συμπεριλαμβάνει και σύντομη ξενάγηση. Μας φάνηκαν αρκετά τα χρήματα αλλά είπαμε να το δοκιμάσουμε. Η ξενάγηση ήταν πολύ καλή αλλά η δοκιμή τεσσάρων κρασιών και ενός τσίπουρου σε μικρες μαλιστα ποσότητες, ξεροσφυρι, χωρίς ούτε ένα συνοδευτικό όπως προβλέπεται και απαιτείται σε ανάλογες δοκιμές, μας φάνηκαν υπερβολικά. Στο κάτω κάτω η δοκιμή των κρασιών στα οινοποιεία λειτουργεί ως διαφήμιση και προβολή και δεν πρέπει να αποσκοπεί πρωτίστως στο κέρδος, άσε που οι περισσότεροι επισκέπτες των οινοποιείων αγαπούν το κρασί και τον κόσμο του και συνήθως, όπως και εμείς άλλωστε αγοράζουν και κρασιά από εκεί. Very nice and atmospheric place. We were suggested to try the wines of the winery at a cost of 20 euros per person, which includes a short tour. We saw a lot of money but we said to try it. The tour was very good but the tasting of four wines and one tsipouro in small quantities, dry hammer, without any accompaniment as provided and required in similar tests, seemed too much. After all, the tasting of wines in wineries works as an advertisement and promotion and should not be aimed primarily at profit, as most winery visitors love wine and its people and usually, like us, they also buy wines from there.

Wenn wir es richtig verstanden haben, sollten wir 15 Euro pro Person für 3 Weine a 75 ml zahlen. Wir sollten 5 Minuten warten. Als nach 15 Minuten noch niemand gekommen war, sind wir auch wegen des hohen Preises und der geringen Anzahl an zu probierenden Weinen zu einem anderen Winzer im Ort gefahren, wo wir wie gewohnt kostenlos alle Weine probieren durften, sehr freundlich behandelt wurden und 1,5 Kisten Wein gekauft haben, der uns sehr geschmeckt hat. We wanted to buy a case of wine from the winemaker and of course taste the wines. If we got it right, we should pay 15 euros per person for 3 wines a 75 ml. We should wait 5 minutes. When nobody had come after 15 minutes, we drove to another winemaker in the village because of the high price and the small number of wines to be tasted, where we were allowed to taste all the wines free of charge as usual, where we were treated very friendly and 1.5 Bought crates of wine, which we really liked.

Θα ξεχωρίσω την ετικέτα ΔΡΥΑΔΕΣ βγαλμένο από τις ποικιλίες Βλάχικο και Μπεκάρι από τα Ιωάννινα με το Cabernet Sauvignon και το Merlot της Ηπείρου The tour of the estate by Konstantinos was excellent. We tried 4 different varieties which were very enjoyable. I will single out the label DRYADES taken from the varieties Vlachiko and Bekari from Ioannina with the Cabernet Sauvignon and the Merlot of Epirus
J	James Keeling on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Great winery and tour. Tour was in English and was very informative and we got to try a good selection of wines. It can be tricky to find as the actual vineyard is not in Zitsa. It is half a mile east of the town.
C	Catherine Howard on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ helpful and knowledgeable staff and of course, amazing wine! We bought four bottles because we are backpacking but wanted to buy many more. recommend the orange semi sparkling wine, I've never tasted anything like it.

G	Georgia Sgourou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I don't really know if it's due to the corona virus but the "tour" lasted 15 minutes, maybe even less, and not one hour as mentioned in their website. We were still charged for this "tour". We didn't do the wine tasting as it's quite expensive (4 wines (of their choice not even ours) and a tsipouro for 20€ - that's too much. Maybe under normal circumstances the tour is better but given the situation now it definitely doesn't worth wasting your day visiting it. The least they could do is mention that the tour is much much shorter due to the corona virus.
