★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Κτίστηκε στις αρχές του 19ου αι. και ανήκε σε οθωμανική οικογένεια, ενώ αργότερα, μετά την απελευθέρωση των Ιωαννίνων (1913) αποτελούσε για αρκετό διάστημα την κατοικία του μητροπολίτη Ιωαννίνων. Σε πλήρη εγκατάλειψη ένα σημαντικό μνημείο αρχιτεκτονικής πολιτιστικής κληρονομιάς.
It was built at the beginning of the 19th century. and belonged to an Ottoman family, while later, after the liberation of Ioannina (1913) it was for a long time the residence of the Metropolitan of Ioannina. A major monument of cultural heritage architecture has been completely abandoned.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ένα κτήριο με αρχιτεκτονική της εποχής της τουρκοκρατιας. Βρίσκεται στο κέντρο της πόλης, κρυμμένο ανάμεσα σε πολυκατοικίες και δυστυχώς δεν είναι πολύ γνωστό αξιοθέατο. Ήταν εγκαταληλημένο και πολύ κοντά στο να καταστραφεί. Ευτυχώς εδώ και μερικους μήνες γίνονται εργασίες αποκατάστασης.
A building with Turkish-era architecture. It is located in the center of the city, hidden among apartment buildings and unfortunately not a well known attraction. It was abandoned and very close to being destroyed. Fortunately, restoration work is being done for a few months.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Ενα ομορφο κτήριο που στολιζει το μπαλκονι του σπιτιού μου! δυστυχώς ειναι παρατημένο απο καιρό, τα εργα αναπαλαιωσης του εχουν αφεθεί στη μέση, και περικλείεται απο εναν αντιαισθητικό τσίγκινο φράκτη. Κριμα που επρεπε να φτασει σε αυτο το σημειο για να του δωθει η αξια που διαθετει!
