Έγινε κατά λάθος κάποια επιπλέον χρέωση αλλά το ποσό επεστράφη αφού με ενημερωσαν πρώτα. Πολλά μπράβο!!! Excellent service and quality and very fast shipping of the product. Kindness in the call center, very good prices and good service. Θα μπορούσα να βάλω 5 αστέρια αλλά έγινε ένα σοβαρό για εμένα λάθος στην παραγγελία (παραλίγο να πληρώσω 2 φορές το αντίτιμο και χρειάστηκε να πάω από την Speedex για να παραλάβω το προϊόν) πράγμα το οποίο με οδήγησε σε μια άβολη και κουραστική εμπειρία. Ωστόσο επειδή οι άνθρωποι έσπευσαν να διορθώσουν το λάθος και το προϊόν ήταν σε άψογη κατάσταση θα τους κρίνω με βάση αυτά. Από τη Speedex πάλι δεν απαντούσαν καθόλου στο τηλέφωνο. Επειδή δεν ξέρω από ποια πλευρά έγινε το λάθος, θα σας συνιστούσα απλά να το έχετε στα υπόψη σας όταν κάνετε ηλεκτρονικές παραγγελίες. Very helpful and very kind. I could put 5 stars but it became a serious mistake for me in ordering (I almost paid 2 times the price and had to go from Speedex to pick up the product) which led me to an uncomfortable and tedious experience. However because people rushed to correct the mistake and the product was in perfect condition I will judge them based on them. From Speedex again they did not answer the phone at all. Because I don't know which side made the mistake, I would simply recommend that you keep this in mind when ordering online.

Πάντα βρίσκει τη λύση άμεσα και με τον πλέον οικονομικό τρόπο. Το σπουδαιότερο όλων είναι ότι ο ιδιοκτήτης χαρακτηρίζεται από μεγάλη ειλικρίνεια και τιμιότητα, πράγμα που σπανίζει στις μέρες μας! I rang the branch and the staff were very friendly and helpful. I had to order the watch again and get a refund via the bank. I now await my order and hope to get it soon. I got the order and now ordering another watch!.
