★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Μέτα από χρόνια καλής συνεργασίας, αποφάσισαν να μην καλύψουν την εγγύηση σε προϊόν τους το οποίο είχε εργοστασιακό ελάττωμα και καθόταν δύο χρόνια στο ράφι του καταστήματος μου με την δικαιολογία πως δεν ισχύει πλέον η εγγύηση του ενώ η εγγύηση θα έπρεπε να ξεκινάει κανονικά με την απόδειξη λιανικής η το τιμολόγιο προς τον τελικό πελάτη! Τροφή για σκέψη σε όποιους θέλουν να ξεκινήσουν νέα συνεργασία μαζί τους!
After years of good cooperation, they decided not to cover the warranty on a product that had a factory defect and sat on the shelf of my store for two years with the excuse that its warranty is no longer valid while the warranty should normally start with the receipt retail or the invoice to the end customer! Food for thought to those who want to start a new collaboration with them!

I needed a remote control replacement for my Bluetooth speakers, a product that is not normally commercially available. Nevertheless, they served me immediately and with great courtesy.
