R	Rex Dolor Mentis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ There are no services at all !!!! I was making a pc for a customer that i had to deliver the next week. I found a defective motherboard. The same day i went it back at the "shop" I ask for refund and they refused . Then i ask for replacement and they tell me that there wasn't any other available motherboard for am4 for the next week. The customer wasn't happy because of the delay . The next week i ask for any motherboard am4 . NOTHING .**That's UNACCEPTABLE * TO SAY THE LEAST"** and i end up losing both 150$ and the customer because of the "shop" i wouldn't recommend it at all and i would call it a "Shop" Also THE IS NO Store Manager or any reasonable person AT ALL .THERE ONLY TWO PEOPLE.

I made them the transfer of the money for buying a mobile phone, afterwards they let me know that there bank has an extra cost for the transfer and they cancelled my order returning me the money retaining the cost of their bank. NEVER TRUST BUYING FROM THEM, OUT OF GREECE. Obviously, a poor answer from an angry and unprofessional owner!
B	Bernard Heathaway on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you buy something from this store thinking they are going to deliver their promise of warranty, you are mistaken. The process is completely rigged against you and in case you are able to get through all the obstacles, including their rudeness, still they wont cover you. In case something breaks down and their "technicians" conclude that the damage is not covered by the warranty, they charge you 20 euros for their "effort". I know because I tried it with a PSU, which they told me it broke because of "bad usage" (after 1 month), while when I took it a local shop to double check it, they told me this series of PSU's are problematic, resulting in a great many of them to malfunction. Now, either their technicians are completely useless or this is a frequent practice they use to escape the expenses of the guaranty, while they make and extra buck.
