The room was not very good. Not as the advertise. But was OK..

Nice clean and quiet place. Highly recommended. We went three times in two years. Looking forward to come back for more.

The superior rooms are ok for a family, not far from the beach but in Toroni is full of mosquitos.

Place is very dirty, owner is not cleaning and maintaining this place. Even though it's recently renovated you can smell the old furniture that wasn't replaced (kitchen and closet). There is constantly water on the back side of the house even though it wasn't raining, so I'm wandering where that's coming from. Sheets were replaced on the fifth day but they smelled very badly like they weren't washed at all. All in all keep away from this place.

Location: 200m from the beach. The way to the beach goes through back yard of the Blue Sea hotel, which looks more like a swamp. If it rains, part of the path can be covered in shallow water. At night visibility is zero, so if you plan to walk this path I suggest you to bring flashlight. There are lot of mosquito along the way, advise is to have some protection. Alternatively you can go by car, parking is not that hard to find along the beach. Apartments: In the villa you'll find both renovated and older apartments. Be sure to confirm with your agent which one you get. We stayed at first floor, where rooms are still not renovated. In these apartments you don't have a place to unpack your things so we had to keep them in our luggage throughout our stay. Two rooms with 2 beds, out of which the one in the living room is not the one in which people should sleep more than one night, as it is extremely hard and uncomfortable. Around Villa: Back yard is nice for the kids. You'll also have barbecue at your disposal and few sets of tables and chairs. Parking is on the other side of the building and it's not arranged well, as often you'll find mud and high grass. Sewage system in this town is not organized as in cities. Everyday truck will come to pump out the waste. Often you feel an unpleasant smell. Hosts: nice and friendly people. They are living in the ground level apartment, just next to the villa. For your convenience host organized water packs which you can buy from him at the same price you'd buy it in a big supermarkets (at the beach is more expensive).

Worst conditions!!! The bathroom was horrible. Dirty, broken robinets, walls with mold. We had the feeling that we stayed in a renovated stable! The location is somewhere on the fields.

Worst worst worst conditions to be checked in. They are over rated on booking.com. It's a disgrace. Dirty, broken robinets, hard mattress as if you were on cement. The location is somewhere on the fields, dust country side roads, the beach is way to far to walk in that awful dust.

The place is amazing. Away from the noise and the crowd. The owners are very hospitable. It is clean, fancy and the rooms are big. There is a special place fоr parking in the yard. It is green, there are beauiful flowers and night lights in the garden.
