Ήταν ελάχιστα ποιο ακριβή , αλλά ήταν ο μόνος που δεν ήθελε πληρωμή πριν την παραλαβή τηλεόρασης και πληρωμή με κάρτα όταν παραδοθεί . Σίγουρα θα τον ξαναπροτιμήσω γιατί είναι σοβαρός επιχειρηματίας και δε κοροϊδεύει . Very good phone service to buy a TV in the middle of LOCKDOWN, there was a slight delay in getting the TV, but it came home at no extra cost that many ask for and was adjusted, without the need because I knew. It was a little more expensive, but he was the only one who did not want to pay before receiving the TV and pay by card when it was delivered. I will definitely prefer him again because he is a serious businessman and he is not kidding.

Πολύ καλύτερα από άλλες αλυσίδες ηλεκτρικών ειδών. Gentle and helpful staff. Good offers and where there is no discount they make you on their own. I will prefer it next time. Much better than other electrical chains.
K	KARMO BEATS on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 28 Μαρτίου 2022 αγόρασα ένα φουρνακι για μαγείρεμα, πριν καν κλείσει 2 μήνες έβγαλε πρωτοφανή βλάβη για καινούργια ηλεκτρική συσκευή μαγειρέματος καθώς φούσκωσαν οι πλάκες για τις κατσαρόλες. Ενώ το φουρνακι παραδόθηκε στον τεχνικό που συνεργάζεται η επιχείρηση, και ενώ έχουν περάσει ήδη 5 μέρες με δική μου πρωτοβουλία πήγα από το κατάστημα καθώς ο τεχνικός δεν είχε δώσει κανένα σημάδι ζωής. Το κατάστημα επικοινώνησε με τον τεχνικό για να ενημερωθώ άκουσον άκουσον ότι ενώ έχουν περάσει 5 μέρες θα χρειαστεί πιθανόν να περιμένω ακόμα μέχρι και 6 μέρες για να το πάρω πίσω.. Πράγμα απίστευτα μη επαγγελματικό καθότι θα μπορούσε να αλλαχθεί η συσκευή, εφόσον αγοράστηκε ως ποιητική λύση από μια αξιόπιστη επιχείρηση που σέβεται τα χρήματα του πελάτη. Ωστόσο ενημερώθηκα τελείως επαγγελματικά και ψυχρά πως αντικατάσταση δεν γίνεται εφόσον υπάρχει το ανταλλακτικό και η μόνη λύση είναι να περιμένω τόσες μέρες για να πάρω πίσω την επισκευασμενη συσκευή κοστιζοντας μου παραπάνω από 200€, σε παραγγελίες έτοιμου φαγητού για την κάλυψη των αναγκών της οικογένειας. March 28, 2022 I bought an oven for cooking, before it even closed 2 months it had unprecedented damage for a new electric cooking appliance as the plates for the pots swelled. While the oven was handed over to the technician who works with the company, and while 5 days have already passed on my own initiative I left the store as the technician had not given any sign of life. The store contacted the technician to let me know if they have heard that while 5 days have passed I will probably have to wait another 6 days to get it back .. This is incredibly unprofessional as the device could be changed if it was purchased as a poetic solution from a reputable company that respects the customer's money. However, I was informed completely professionally and coldly that there is no replacement as long as there is a spare part and the only solution is to wait so many days to get back the repaired device costing me more than € 200, in ready-made food orders to meet the needs of the family.
