K	Karolina Andreoglou on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκανα υαλουρονικο στις ρινοπαρειακες.. γέμισα "γρομπαλακια" κ πρηστηκα άσχημα. Έστειλα μνμ στον γιατρό για την κατάσταση μου .. η απάντηση του : δεν σας ενημέρωσαν? Συγνώμη αλλά θεωρώ πως είναι δική σας δουλειά η ενημέρωση των ασθενών σας. Κάναμε και μποτοξ την ίδια μέρα.. το μισό μου μέτωπο είναι τσίτα κ το μισό ρυτίδες. Η τιμή δε που είχαμε συνεννοηθεί ήταν 300€ κ στο τέλος μου είπαν 350€ φυσικά χωρίς απόδειξη. Απογοήτευση.. κ είχα σκοπό να κάνω κ στήθος. I did hyaluronic acid on the nasopharynx .. I filled "balls" and I swelled badly. I sent a message to the doctor about my condition .. his answer: did they not inform you? Sorry but I think it is your job to inform your patients. We also did Botox the same day .. half of my forehead is cheetah and half is wrinkled. The price we had agreed on was € 300 and in the end they told me € 350 of course without a receipt. Disappointment .. and I intended to do chest.
S	Sofia Tol on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Έκλεισα ραντεβού να κάνω μποτοξ πηγα στο γραφείο ολα μια χαρά. Δεν είδα ομως καμία μα καμία διαφορά μετα απο 2 εβδομάδες. Οταν πηρα στο γραφείο να παραπονεθω μου είπαν ότι δικαιούμαι δωρεάν επαναληπτικό και ότι προφανώς έκανα το baby botox. Δεν είχα ενημερωθεί από τον γιατρό ότι έκανα baby botox ΠΟΤΕ ενώ είχα κλείσει ραντεβού για το κανονικό botox. Όταν πήγα στο δεύτερο ραντεβού ο γιατρός ήταν αγενέστατος, όχι μόνο δεν μου έκανε επαναληπτικό αλλά έδειξε και σχεδόν ενοχλημένος. Εχασα τον χρόνο μου! Ευτυχώς για μένα γιατί ήθελα να κάνω πλαστική μαζι του και με γλίτωσε από τα χειρότερα. Έφυγα απο εκεί πολυ στενοχωρημενη και δεν με ενοιαξε για τα χρήματα που πέταξα αλλα για την αντιμετώπιση. Απλα μια συμβουλή να σέβεστε τον πελάτη έστω κι αν σας αφήνει 1 ευρώ ή 10000. Απλα απαράδεκτος! I made an appointment to do Botox I went to the office all fine. But I did not see any difference after 2 weeks. When I got to the office to complain I was told that I was entitled to a free repeat and that I was obviously doing baby botox. I had never been informed by the doctor that I was ever having baby botox while I had made an appointment for regular botox. When I went to the second appointment the doctor was very rude, not only did he not repeat me but he also looked almost annoyed. I lost my time! Fortunately for me because I wanted to do plastic surgery with him and he saved me from the worst. I left there very upset and I did not care about the money I threw but about her treatment. Just a tip to respect the customer even if it leaves you 1 euro or 10000. Just unacceptable!
