K	Karolina Orlovich on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I did a pretty big purchase in the store. None of the staff tried to offer to help me find some things and they were very lack of patience. I was not even offered a sample that was very rude not like other sephoras. After i asked them if they have samples they said no, but the cashier did put one thing so why lie in the first place?? Anyway the place looks like a mess. Someone should do some order there. Start treating customers like they should be treated or they won't come.

Next time I tried, they completely ignored me. I have been working in 5* customer care agencies and companies and would be absolutely unacceptable. No.
T	T. A. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The staff is extremely rude, if they find out that you‘re a tourist. I bought some products and wasn‘t offered any help. The cashier throw the expensive products in the bag and I the change on the counter. I didn‘t even get samples. Would definitely not recommend going there.

While I was testing some Nars products for quite a bit ( not even one offered to help me by the way) , an employee pushed me in order to make her way without saying nothing. Finally, when I went to the cashier, she asked me many times if I wanted to purchase something else and I kept saying no. She seemed angry about that and she threw in the bag the makeup I purchased without putting any sample.
D	Dax the best on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not go here. I was buying a 15 euro present for my girlfriend with last 50 euros I had. I'm a tourist passing Greece to go home. And when I arrived to pay, I paid and the cashier was extremly rude didnt even give me a bag and gave me 5 euros back. When I asked where is 30 more, she said I only gave her 20. She tried to steal 30 euros from me. I asked her to check the tapes since I knew how much money I gave and she said they are busy now, I should come tomorrow morning instead. I returned back in 5 hours after they closed and asked to see the video surveilance to see who's right. She didnt even let me inside, and made me wait another hour in front of the store, when she finaly opened the door, she gave me my money back and only said "you're right", not even a sorry and closed the door again. DO NOT GO HERE, employes are extremly rude and will try to rob you. Find some other place to buy makeup or gifts. Cheers!

I asked for a Lolita liquid lipstick and they gave me a lip liner. Of course, after i paid that it’s not their problem. Wow so professional. If you’re not a Greek person, they treat you like garbage.

Went there,asked for a product told me It's downstairs, no one was there I was circling for 5min trying to find what I came for!! I always get upset when going to Sephora!!
