★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Θετικά: Ευρύχωρο και πολύ όμορφο σπίτι, μεγάλος κήπος ιδανικό για BBQ. Ιδανικός χώρος για μεγάλες παρέες και πολύ ωραια διακόσμηση.
Αρνητικά: Ξεβιδομενες-χαλασμένες καρέκλες κουζίνας. Σε λεπτά σημεία (πχ πίσω, δίπλα από τα κρεβάτια και τον καναπέ είχε ιστούς αράχνης, τα φίλτρα του ερκοντισιον ήταν πενταβρωμικα και τα σκεύη ήταν επίσης βρώμικα)
Pros: Spacious and very beautiful house, large garden ideal for BBQ. Ideal space for large groups and very nice decoration.
Cons: Unscrewed-damaged kitchen chairs. In thin spots (eg back, next to the beds and the sofa there were cobwebs, the air conditioning filters were pent-dirty and the utensils were also dirty)
