g	gill Bignell on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Lovely friendly place, studio room clean and lovely view from balcony. Maria was so friendly and welcomed us like family. Johnny very friendly and made us very welcome also. Great location.
P	Paul Whitesmith on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The place is full of cats ...which drink from the pool..then people feed them ..they then go do their mess on the grass where the sun lounger are ...never gets cleared up so the smell is disgusting. The rooms are not up to standard for self catering...a 2 ringed hotplate does not class as self catering. The rooms are dirty ..and smell from the shower and sink is disgusting. ( they have a sister hotel ? ) which has all the amenities to cook , microwave, toaster, etc and seems cleaner . Jet 2 are pulling out next season tui are taking over ? Most of the staff are leaving ? No matter how much you complain...you will be promised a room upgrade ...toaster..etc...Mmmm...we're still waiting. After this review we are writing a strong letter to jet2 for compensation...watch this space.
J	Julie Cook on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cheap and cheerful. Very impressed with cleanliness of apartment,pool area and bar. Staff very polite and efficient. Absolutely no complaints. Had a fantastic holiday and would have no hesitation in recommending and visiting again.
J	Julian Hill on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Just returned from a weeks holiday at this apartment complex The accommodation itself is basic but clean and tidy. Our apartment actually had fantastic views down towards the sea and up on to the mountains . Unfortunately the welcome we had was non existent and the lady who checked us in seemed happier on a bar stool than looking after her guests. We were given our key and pointed in the general direction of our room , no help with our cases and the lady once again assumed her position on the bar stool. On our second day we ran out of toilet paper in our accommodation. I went to ask for some and told the lady our room number. Once again she sat on her bar stool and needles to say, no toilet paper was given to us. We spent the rest of the holiday using tissues purchased by ourselves as none was forthcoming. On departure we left without anyone wishing us well, just a strange silence. This accommodation could be given 4 star on my review if it was managed by people who actually cared for ALL their guests, and not just the people that drank at the bar most of the day. If you're after a holiday to sit at the bar, get drunk and barely see any of Crete , then maybe this is your place. But I guess I'm just one of those people that wanted generally decent customer service . I wil be heading to other accommodation near by that I know can provide just that..

Our apartment was clean and had all the necessary basics for a self-catering holiday. It is also in the heart of Koutouloufari village, so the shops and restaurants are a short walk away. All the staff were so friendly and welcoming creating a great atmosphere for our holiday. The outdoor pool was clean with more than enough chairs and umbrellas for guests. There is also a bar with an entertainment area with a pool table, games and books to keep you occupied. All in all - a lovely value for money place.
P	Paulo Gonçalves on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Related with our stay at Dream Village at Dream Appartments, it has several Appartments to accommodate families till 4/5 persons or just a couple. Very good and enough size areas with 1, and 2 or 3 beds, a small but enough fridge to accommodate several bottles of beer, water or juice, and a it gas a small electric hob to cook or heat some food you needed and a small sink to wash cutlery or dish. It has a very good size toilet with shower ? and sink. Our 7 days stay there we have the attention and discretion from the working staff, always available to solve any issue or request we had and they change towels twice and bed sheets once in that period of time. A very good size bar with Wi-Fi available, a pool table next to them and a generous swimming pool to grown-up and adults with 0.80m to 1,80m maximum depth and a kids swimming pool with maximum depth 0, 90m and with several free inflatable toys available to anyone who wish to use it. If you need to just to rest like me and my family, I recommend this place, because it hasn't Wi-Fi or TV in the rooms, but has air conditioning available after a small daily charge as well a small safe box, but we don't use neither of them.

T	Toni on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This was our 2nd time staying at Dream Village & we are already looking to go back in September! We had a nice room with a sea view. Yes it's 3 star accommodation but you have everything you need & it's clean, we had no issues at all. Stellios & Manos were amazing, friendly & nothing was to much trouble. The pool is a good size & cleaned daily. There are beautiful taverna's & restaurant's a stone's throw away & if you want to venture further you can walk down to the main strip (walking back up is a hike as it's steep) or hire a quad bike like we did & visit the different parts of the coastline. I can't recommend dream village enough, the staff alone makes the trip worth while.
