★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fantastic service. The entire staff makes you feel at home and part of the family. Located in the perfect spot for the beach and shopping. If planning on a holiday in Crete, this should be your choice of hotels.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ We booked for a fortnight at the Minas apartments. We stayed TWO nights and found somewhere else. Grubby and shabby, dirty eating area, no hot water for showers, kettle was disgusting, mould on the freezer compartment door, sockets too hot to touch, smoke coming from a wall lamp, faulty plumbing, nothing done about our complaints and to top it off they were rude and even accused us of breaking the shower. We found the Alia Beach Hotel, moved there and enjoyed the rest of our holiday in Crete.......

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The moment we arrived we were given a free drink and made welcome. No rushing. No hassle.
Our room was cool and compact, and had everything we might need. The bar and eating area is relaxed, with good, simple food served on request. Many guests return again and again, and I can see why.
The pool is a good size and well maintained. There's a small selection of sun lotion you can use free of charge.
I can't recommend Minas highly enough. Small, friendly and quite unique.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Self-catering Appartements, family owned and run, with a great atmosphere. Everyone gathers on the bar/terrace where snacks and drinks can be had. Clean, functual apartments with a small swimming pool and supermarket across the road. Great price/value for the money.
