Il fait l'intermédiaire avec les vendeurs de terrains pour obtenir le contrat de construction, ce qui est un service clef en main appréciable pour les étrangers. Charmant, il parle Français, Anglais, Allemand, Grec... ,
MAIS, c'est un escroc ! IL a tenté de me vendre un terrain constitué de remblais de déchets d'un chantier, entassés depuis 2012. il aurait été possible de construire mais surement très dangereux, et en tout cas : pour très cher sur des bases instables !!! M. Georges Paschalidis travaille avec un ingénieur technique , M. Satvros qui m'a donné les relevés de terrain qui avait la connaissance de ces désordres géotechniques et ne les a pas dit. Cette entreprise est dirigée par un escroc . Attention!

BUT, he's a crook! He tried to sell me a piece of land made up of waste from a building site, piled up since 2012. It would have been possible to build but surely very dangerous, and in any case: for very expensive on unstable bases !!! Mr. Georges Paschalidis works with a technical engineer, Mr. Satvros who gave me the field surveys who had knowledge of these geotechnical disorders and did not tell them. This business is run by a scammer. Warning!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ After vacationing in Zante for many years, finally decided to find a place of our own. We loved the natural beauty of the island, particularly the large sandy beaches in the south as well as the stunning cliffs in the north where shipwreck beach is.
We found this agency online and liked the wide selection of property listings. Fast forward and we purchased a small plot to develop a family vacation home.
Since the beginning George was very reliable, responsive and professional. On one visit to the island he organized tours of various sites we thought were interesting as well as accommodation at one of the agency's beautiful villas for rent. When we finally decided to move forward he helped us tremendously throughout the buying process - from doing diligence, to legal docs and finally on the closing with the notary.
Overall had a great experience and want to thank him and the team again for all the help!
