Unfortunately this particular store is overrated and really the behavior of the two saleswomen is indulgently unacceptable. We bought our child's baptismal clothes from there and they made the pants so tight and at the length limit that he can put it on 2-3 more times at most !! And when I told them that I want to take it away (of course they could not as they had left a little margin below) they just told me that it can not go further and that if I wanted to have left a margin I should have said it .. note we had pointed it out the day we went to measure the child !! The shirt is also tight and forcibly fastens the button in the child's hand. Expensive for no reason and very miserable find children, to gain meters from the fabric you make them so tight and so close that children with growth at this age can not wear them after a month! I will never tread on this store again and I will discredit it everywhere!

Ok we have honored this store a few times. It is expensive in some parts, as we have found the same things elsewhere with less, but we prefer to support local businesses rather than large impersonal companies. Two years ago, when we were looking for clothes for my christening we had seen some pieces and when we ended up somewhere, the saleswoman told us that she would inform us to say how much the package would cost, but she NEVER took us! Obviously they did not care about an order above! Obviously! It does not matter though, there is always the case that something happens and an order fails. This year, however, something happened that bothered me a lot. My daughter received a lantern for Easter from her godmother, but as she did not like it, we said to change it. When we arrived at the store we were informed that we can not make the change because it is an Easter item. And we had not yet entered Holy Week ... I contacted the godmother and she told me that she was never informed about the fact that it does not change while she also informed me about the price. 44 euros !!!!! 44 euros for a Plexiglas square lantern. You will tell me everyone costs as much as they want their goods and -in the end- they do well, but are some limits exceeded? So we kept it! Do you know what the issue is? It is neither the honor nor the disappointment of the little one who was left with one thing from her godmother that she did not want. The point is that as the lantern was short, when the little one was holding it by the hand on the night of the resurrection, her own hand was burning. the flame of the tealight inside was not far from the point where it reached the child's hand, as a result of which it strongly felt the heat and disturbed it. So if I brought it to you in the store furious or contacted the consumer service, you would call me excessive, right? So before you have a style for the products you sell it would be good to know if they are useful as you address children and secondly learn to inform your consumer public about what can change and what can not.
