Τους τηλεφώνησα να τους ενημερώσω και τους εξήγησα τον λόγο και μου είπαν ότι δεν υπήρχε πρόβλημα μόλις τον άκουσαν. Και όλες φυσικά οι παλιότερες συναλλαγές μαζί τους , ήταν άψογες. Στην κορυφή της λίστας για τον επαγγελματισμό τους και την κατάρτιση τους. Keep it up. People kind and understanding. I was in a difficult position to cancel an order for a product I had reserved at -30% due to black Friday. I called them to let them know and explained why they told me there was no problem as soon as they heard it. And of course all the older deals with them were flawless. At the top of the list for their professionalism and training. Keep it up.

A	Alexandros Bebedelis on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Aγόρασα μια κονσόλα Denon για επαγγελματική χρήση (dj) και ήταν άριστη η συνεργασία .. όταν χρειάστηκε να την πάω για σέρβις και ήταν στην εγγύησή ανακάλυψα ότι είχα χάσει την απόδειξη, σε συνεννόηση μαζί τους μου έστειλαν αντίγραφο άμεσα γιατί την αγορά την είχα κάνει on line. Σε ακουστικά επαγγελματικά όταν χρειάστηκαν service με καθοδήγησαν πολύ σωστά που να πάω και γενικά ότι έχω χρειαστεί από αξεσουάρ και παρελκόμενα πάντα βρίσκουμε λύση. Ανεπιφύλακτα 5 αστέρια γιατί είναι γνώστες. I bought a Denon console for professional use (dj) and the cooperation was excellent .. when I had to go for service and it was under warranty I discovered that I had lost the receipt, in consultation with them they sent me a copy immediately because I had made the purchase on line. In professional headphones, when they needed service, they guided me very well where to go and in general that I needed accessories and accessories, we always find a solution. Unreservedly 5 stars because they are known.
D	Dimitris Lekkas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Είχα μια ιδιαίτερη αρνητική εμπειρία με αυτό το κατάστημα. Αγόρασα 4 συσκευές JBL Horizon 2 (επιτραπέζιο ηχείο με ρολόι και ραδιόφωνο). Οι δύο από τις 4 συσκευές βγήκαν ελαττωματικές και τις επέστρεψα στο κατάστημα εντός λίγων ημερών. Ο υπεύθυνος με ενημέρωσε ότι το πρόβλημα είναι γνωστό γιατί έτυχε σε άλλη μια όμοια συσκευή. Ζήτησα επιστροφή χρημάτων όπως δικαιούμαι από την Ευρωπαϊκή νομοθεσία, την οποία μου αρνήθηκαν. Έστειλαν τις συσκευές στην αντιπροσωπία για έλεγχο και αντικατάσταση. Η αντιπροσωπία επέστρεψε τις συσκευές λέγοντας πως δεν βρήκε κάποιο πρόβλημα. Οι συσκευές συνεχίζουν να είναι προβληματικές (reset σε τυχαίες ώρες της ημέρας, χωρίς κανένα λόγο ή επέμβαση) και είναι πρακτικά άχρηστες. Ζήτησα ξανά επιστροφή χρημάτων ή αντικατάσταση, την οποία το κατάστημα όχι απλά μου αρνήθηκε αλλά με περισσή αγένεια και ύφος μου είπε να τα βρω με την αντιπροσωπεία. Πότε άραγε θα μάθει ένας επαγγελματίας να φέρεται στους πελάτες του τουλάχιστο με σεβασμό, ηθική και νομιμότητα; I had a particularly negative experience with this store. I bought 4 JBL Horizon 2 devices (desktop speaker with clock and radio). Two of the 4 devices came out defective and I returned them to the store within a few days. The person in charge informed me that the problem is known because it happened on another similar device. I asked for a refund as I am entitled to under European law, which I was denied. They sent the devices to the dealership for inspection and replacement. The dealership returned the devices saying it found no problem. Devices continue to be problematic (reset at random times of the day, without any reason or intervention) and are practically useless. I asked for a refund or a replacement, which the store not only denied me but with more rudeness and style told me to find them with the dealership. When will a professional learn to treat his clients with at least respect, ethics and legitimacy?

Γνώστης της τεχνολογίας και των εταιρειών που εχει μεσα στο μαγαζί. Εχω αγοράσει 2 προτζεκτορες Benq ενα HDReady και μετα απο μερικα χρόνια εναν Full HD, ενα Ενισχυτής Yamaha, ηχεία 5.1 Yamaha, ηχεία για το αυτοκίνητο, και τωρα θα φτιάξω καινούργιο Home Cinema με Dolby Atmos. Πάλι το απο το ίδιο κατάστημα θα ειναι. Ειμαι απόλυτα ικανοποιημένος και το προτείνω ανεπιφύλακτα. One of the best video and audio stores out there. Excellent service and good prices. Connoisseur of technology and the companies inside the store. I have bought 2 Benq projectors an HDReady and after a few years a Full HD, a Yamaha Amplifier, 5.1 Yamaha speakers, car speakers, and now I will make a new Home Cinema with Dolby Atmos. Again it will be from the same store. I am completely satisfied and I highly recommend it.

After asking what happened, the only thing they said that it was "a mistake on their website and the offer doesn't include stands". No apology, no options offered on what I can do now, just that the mistake has now been corrected on their website. Ridiculous...
