My worst experience in a costume shop !!! Really unacceptable and very rude the owner of the store I went to buy a 400 euro suit and he did not let me try even a second shirt telling me that because I am already wearing white I do not need to try another really UNACCEPTABLE !!!!

On 8/21/20 I ordered a bridal suit (wedding 9/10/20) from the store in Kolonaki, which would be sewn to my measurements from the beginning after they took my measurements, and would be ready in 20 days. The first impression they left on me was that I was talking to professionals. A week later, the lady who sews the suits at the respective store in Ano Liossia calls me on the phone and tells me to GO AGAIN so that they can take more accurate measures. I was anxious, as I had already taken the measures for the first time, but the lady who would sew my suit justified it by saying that she wanted to do the best job and that she was staying up all night for the grooms she undertook and wanted additional measures. It should be noted here that already the suit would be delayed obviously due to the fact that from the first time there was no accurate measurement. Two weeks later I go for a rehearsal at the store in Ano Liossia (and not in Kolonaki where I originally ordered the suit) and I can say that the result was very good. So there were some corrections left in the length of the pants, he would send it to the laundry and he would deliver it to me with a final date of September 30 in Kolonaki, following my own wish not to do this route for the 3rd time. A month or so later. It should be noted here that there was no communication that the suit had actually gone to Kolonaki, as I expected and it should happen for formal reasons at least. I got a phone call on 2/10/20. Receipt 5/10/20. The next day I try on the suit for sure and notice that as I button the jacket, it pulls the whole jacket under my chest, on both sides, making a ugly and large crease on each side. I call the store in Kolonaki and they tell me that I have to go to Ano Liossia to see it. After a long conversation they told me that the suit has nothing, that it is my idea, that this crease is logical because the suit is not synthetic, that I have gained weight by saying that I drank no more cigars (I am 1.90 height with 89 kg, and when in my life I was not fat), that in the end they DIDN'T SEND HIM CLEANER (as I was told in the rehearsal, so the clothes did not "come in") and they REFUSED to fix the jacket, since my pants fit perfectly despite the fact that I was fat with what they said, and that the costume had been sewn in Italy. So it was NOT sewn by the lady who ran me to Ano Liosia and spent the night for the grooms she undertook, but also as a seamstress who presented herself, she could not do anything. As a final solution I was suggested to leave the suit and receive it corrected a week later. It should be noted here that we are talking about a WEDDING SUIT 2 DAYS BEFORE THE WEDDING, and not just about any suit. In the end, there was no result for a suit of 650 € already paid. As you can see, I could not stay that way. I went to a neighborhood seamstress and she corrected it in 8 hours with 10 € Ridicule and lies were becoming a cloud, unprofessionalism to the fullest. Away from this store.

Amazing store for bridal and simple suits! Nice designs! And the best: Mrs. Eleni who, in addition to being a perfect seamstress, is also a perfect stylist as she dresses impeccably large people. The 60-year-old overweight husband wore the best suit he has ever worn for our 2nd son's wedding. Very stylish look! Too bad we did not know the store before. In fact, we went with great reservation due to the fact that the store is located in a district of Attica and not in the center of Athens where the boutiques are.
