Άκρως φανταστική εξυπηρέτηση και φανταστική επικοινωνία. Ο άνθρωπος με τον οποίο μιλήσαμε έδειξε τόσο ενδιαφέρον ώστε να μας αφήσει 100% ευχαριστημένους.

Μέσα σε 10 λεπτά κ ώρα εκτος Λειτουργίας του καταστήματος μου τηλεφώνησαν να μ ενημερώσουν ότι η παραγγελία θα αποστέλλει την επόμενη μέρα το πρωί. Σε δυο μέρες την είχα στα χέρια μου όταν όλοι οι άλλοι έλεγαν σε 3-4 εργάσιμες λόγω των εορτών. Από μόνοι τους ενδιαφέρθηκαν την δεύτερη μέρα κ επικοινώνησαν μαζί μου αν έχω παραλάβει την παραγγελία ή υπάρχει κάποιο πρόβλημα. Τέλεια εξυπηρέτηση, ευγενέστατοι κ σε άψογη συσκευασία η αποστολή της παραγγελίας. Σίγουρα θα ξανά παραγγείλω.
I placed an order during the Christmas holidays. Within 10 minutes of the store opening, they called me to let me know that the order would be shipped the next morning. In two days I had it in my hands when everyone else was saying in 3-4 working days because of the holidays. They themselves inquired on the second day and contacted me if I had received the order or if there was a problem. Perfect service, very polite and in perfect packaging the shipment of the order. I will definitely order again.
