★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Καινούργιο σύστημα, καλούν τον ασθενή, η τον συγγενή του, για να ακυρώσουν το ραντεβού με τον γιατρό, αν δεν το απαντηθεί η κλήση, δεν ξανακαλουν, σημειώνεται στο έγγραφο ραντεβού, ότι κάλεσαν και δεν απαντήθηκε η κλήση. Δεν αντιλαμβάνονται ότι μπορεί να οδηγάς, μπορεί να είσαι στο μπάνιο, μπορεί να μην το άκουσες, και άλλα πολλά. Στην προκειμένη περίπτωση είδα την κλήση, και αμέσως κάλεσα αρκετές φορές αφού δεν απαντούσε.
Κατάληξη: μια εβδομάδα μετά στο προκαθορισμένο ραντεβού , με ότι συνεπάγεται να ετοιμαστεί ο ασθενής, να τον πάρεις και να τον πας στην ώρα του . ( Ευτυχώς που η μετακίνηση δεν έγινε με συγκοινωνία) για να σού πούνε ότι το ραντεβού έχει ακυρωθεί, και ότι θα σε περάσουν σε άλλο διαθέσιμο . Δεν τους ενδιαφέρει ότι και να τους πεις. Αδιαφορώντας πλήρως για την ταλαιπωρία του ασθενή.
Εδώ θέλω να καταγράφει ότι το νέο σύστημα με τις επικοινωνίες έχει ως εξής. Όπως μου είπαν έχουν κάνει συμφωνία με την Wind, τα σταθερά τούς τηλέφωνα όταν καλούν κινητά, να εμφανίζονται ως κινητά νούμερα, και αν τα καλέσεις πίσω, να μην δέχονται κλήσεις
